We have been to Pinheads numerous times and it has always been a great experience. Whether it was just us two or with the kids, Pinheads is an enjoyable time. We have bowled in the back room and the front lanes, we have been to the arcade numerous times, and have enjoyed the bar atmosphere as well. You can’t go wrong. I will say, it can get a bit busy and you can experience a wait on weekends/birthday season. Which is understandable. Also, if you are planning on going, sometimes it is good to call ahead (as with any bowling alley) and make sure they do not have leagues at that time. If you are looking for something more active to do I recommend going to Pinheads!

I visited Pinheads - Alley’s Alehouse recently and had a less than satisfying experience. The check-in attendant had an odd sense of humor, the bar was out of several drinks, and the service at the restaurant was slow despite being one of few customers. My beer order never arrived, and appetizers were served with the main course. Overall, not a great experience.

My father recently passed away in Kansas City Missouri. He had what can be googled as Freeman Bowling Ball Field. Pinheads was so generous to honor him by donating a bowling ball in his honor. Thank you so much.

I went with my son on a Sunday morning. We have our own shoes and balls, but looking around they have plenty of house balls to choose from and and adequate shoe selection. We got breadsticks as we had already ate breakfast, the breadsticks we doughy and didn't justify the price. Drink selection is good for both beer, mixed drinks, and non alcoholic drinks. The lanes were in good shape, but our pinsetter failed to set the right amount of pins several times. The side games were fun; low score per frame, max score without getting the head pin, odd/even pin count only scores. Also, if you wanted data, there is a large amount of that, maybe it can be cumulative with an profile but we don't plan to visit often due to logistics so I didn't look into it. Comfy seating, and clean bathrooms. It is pricy compared to other lanes, but would be fun for special occasions or a date night.

We walked in not knowing what to expect as far as time goes. Justin was extremely nice and got us put into the queue. We had fun in the arcade and got our lane pretty quickly. After we wwre placed in a lane there was a slight issue that Justin noticed and took care of immediately. Overall this 5 star review is mostly around Justin. Huge props to him!

A few weeks ago, we hosted my son's 5th birthday at pinheads! We had a wonderfully memorable time! All of the staff we're so attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed so that the birthday boy and all of our guests enjoyed the event. We will certainly be returning for more family fun!!

This past Saturday 2/24/2024 we reserved the private room for my mothers 60th bday party. Our host Becky was so amazing! They even let me bring in my small pup! The food, service, atmosphere everything wad spectacular. Thank you Becky for making sure we were taken care of. She did a great job. This place was well worth it. I traveled all they way in from Georgia and everything was amazing

I went to Pinheads over Thanksgiving break with my family and it was a lovely holiday experience. The hostess in the restaurant was so sweet, I can’t remember her name but she had her hair in braids. We had a large party and children so we were looking for a low top table and she was so understanding and found us a table right away. She asked us about our plans to bowl and it was such a friendly environment! Our server was also very kind and the food was great. Overall we all had a really great experience between the friendly staff and the great service, definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a family outing!

Delicious and affordable food, pizza is exceptional! You don't have to bowl to enjoy the environment, they have a seating area out in the middle of the lanes and some seating by the arcade that can be served but not required. Gift shop for tickets has high ticket prices but there were some tiny, 2" squishmallows for about 400 which is attainable in one or 2 visits. Self serve kiosk available to buy and reload arcade cards. Balls, shoes and arcade games are all clean and it's just a real cool, cozy place to have a great time. We've only been there in the fall, winter and spring but are looking forward to their summer fun, I know they have an outdoor bar and sand volleyball courts!

I have taken my son to Pinheads for the Arcade a few times a year. Occasionally, we bowl, as well. The bowling facility is really nice, and the at-lane service for drinks and food makes it easy. (Make your reservations early for busy days and weekends.) As of today, the arcade appears to be rolling out some new card technology, and there are some growing pains…a few machines were not functioning and the card machines ran out of the new RFID card for a time. As they work this out, it should run pretty smooth. Also, this weekend, it was busy, and the pizza counter was running behind. The manager (Jace) offered some soft drinks for our wait. I’m was good with that trade off.
