They roast their beans in-house every Monday, which is super cool and something you don't see often in the United States. The owner is a really nice guy, who doesn't seem to mind that I might be in there working on my computer for 3+ hours. The coffee is premium and curated by the owner, so expect it to be a little pricier than the typical kiosk, but the quality is TOP NOTCH. I would describe the coffee as a light roast with fruity notes. It's a very unique flavor that the discerning coffee lover is sure to appreciate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stayed in Pinedale for a long weekend visiting friends. I walked to Pine Coffee every day, the coffee is delicious and smooth and they have great breakfast burritos as well! I will be back next time I visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
