Placed an order for pickup while we were in the area and everything was great! We have two celiacs at home, so safe bakery items and sausage rolls (kolaches) are hard to come by, especially ones that taste amazing. You'd never know they were gluten free!

Yum yum yum. We just discovered this place and are in heaven. Having Celiac plus an allergy with eggs and dairy makes finding treats a real challenge.
I walked thru and pointed to get one of everything I could eat as did my family. We each tasted bites of all the various things with each having its own character and delightful flavors.
We also got various coffees which had everyone's eyes rolling because they were incredible. I personally enjoyed a Peppermint Mocha Latte with Oat Milk and my wife loved her Mushroom Coffee. Both were full of flavor which made us savor each drink.
The sausage and cheddar brioche is something I will be thinking about and driving back for in the future. They had 3 variations. Gluten-Free, GF+Dairy free, and exactly what I needed which was GF+DF+Egg-free. I couldn't believe how delicious and chewy it was. It tasted too good to be true. I'm writing this review hours later and my tummy is still super happy.
If you are in the area, or even if you have to make a drive, this is worth your time. I give it a huge recommendation and can't wait to go back next weekend.

Celebrating our daughters birthday out of town and was looking for a bakery to order the cake.
Reached out to the owner who promptly responded to my email and answered all my questions.
She was so easy to work ; I submitted a photo and ideas and we worked though the final cake together.
The cake was ready as promised on the date and time.
The cake presentation was gorgeous, elegant and simple - exactly what I imagined.
The cake tasted amazing. Would definitely order again

One of the best gluten free cafes in DFW! I’ve been getting Pinch of Salt since before the physical location, when you had to preorder online. It’s so convenient to now get a single pastry item and a coffee, and the shop is so cute - bright, friendly atmosphere, and not too loud. I’ll be here every time I’m in town!

Great experience at this completely gluten free bakery and coffee shop! The bakery items purchased were so good and moist. The atmosphere was very comfortable and classy.

Pinch of Salt made me the most beautiful and delicious birthday cake I’ve ever had!!! It was exactly what I imagined, and they were so patient in helping me pick out a design and flavors. I am so grateful to have an amazing GF bakery nearby. Looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Pinch of Salt Pastries nailed it with my friends 30th birthday cake that I ordered! They were so easy to work with, and they turned my inspo pics into this awesome, delicious masterpiece. Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better cake!

The oatmeal crème pie wasn’t as soft as I thought it would be! Would have made it a 5 star if it was! Instead it felt like it had been sitting out too long. The service was fast but the lady on register seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else. There was a lot of open seating.

Today was my first visit here ! Wonderful place All Gluten Free and a lot of Dairy Free options as I’m newly diagnosed with Celiac I was having a hard time following the gluten free diet and alleviating symptoms hopefully this location takes off and more of these or stores like this are opened up around the world ! Truly a blessing I found this place ! Only thing is I wish their hours where more broad but awesome first experience .
PS : you cannot taste the difference !

OMG this place blew my mind. I am an experienced baker myself. I have Celiac so I’ve been forced to learn how to make almost everything myself at home from scratch if I want it to be good and gluten free. Usually when I try gluten free baked goods from bakeries I am disappointed or I can make it better myself. Not so at this place! I bought one of everything gluten free this place had to offer. From the cupcakes to the donuts, every single thing I tried was absolutely incredible. I rarely find a place that offers better baked goods than I can make myself. This place did! I was very impressed and that never happens. Cannot rave about this place enough!! Everything was just delicious and on point. It had a beautiful interior design also which was nice and excellent coffee. This is my new favorite place!! Highly recommend
