Worst pizza I have ever tasted my whole life! The crust was burnt, and the pizza base had a rubbery taste and so hard to break and chew. The crusher was not even a standard crusher. The fries were not crispy and very salty. The prices are absurd! How can a 300ml bottled coke which is meant to be R6 was R46! We literally wasted a whole R500! It was not worth it! After telling us that the food will be done in 15minutes, we waited for a whole hour, and even after that, the food was sub-sub standard. I don’t think such a restaurant should not be at the airport!!! We then took away some of the food to eat home! So disappointing!!! Very poor service. It was not busy. The meals took a very long time to be served. I ordered a muffin and juice. It took about 20 minutes for the juice to be served and about 25 / 30 mins for a burnt muffin to be served. The muffin was nothing to write home about. Very disappointed with this place. I hope this message reaches you, although the abysmal service we recently experienced at your establishment leaves me questioning the level of attention and care your team devotes to customer satisfaction. To put it bluntly, if I could rate your restaurant a zero, I would do so with unbridled enthusiasm. Our recent visit, which should have been a pleasant family meal before a long flight turned into an excruciating ordeal that compelled me to express my extreme dissatisfaction. We endured an agonizing 20-minute wait for a waiter to take our order, despite our persistent attempts to flag down someone, and even going so far as to approach the kiosk directly. Our appeals were met with empty promises, and it became abundantly clear that our presence was either disregarded or considered inconsequential. The mind-boggling aspect of this infuriating experience is that the restaurant, by no means a sprawling eatery, has servers who are literally facing all the tables. It defies logic that, even with their eyes on us, not a single server found the time to take our order promptly. Frustrated and increasingly irritated, we made the decision to leave the restaurant. Astonishingly, not a single soul from your staff bothered to inquire about the reason behind our abrupt departure. It seems inconceivable that such indifference could exist in an establishment that relies on customer patronage. What adds salt to the wound is the observation that, shortly after our departure, another patron was seated at the same table and received prompt service within a mere ten minutes. The stark contrast in treatment leaves me pondering whether this is indicative of a deeper issue, possibly one rooted in discrimination. I am compelled to express my discontent in the hope that it serves as a wake-up call. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by your team is not only disheartening but also indicative of a severe lapse in customer service standards. As a dissatisfied customer, I implore you to take immediate and meaningful action to rectify these issues. If your establishment continues to operate with such disregard for its patrons, it may find itself devoid of customers who expect a modicum of respect and efficiency.
A fantastic place to grab any meal if your choice. The Manager Melody was so kind to prepare a meal according to my request which was a little outside the menu range. The thrill of leaving for a holiday starts at Diner with their friendly staff, amazing food and all sorts of sweets and chocolates you can buy as gifts for family and friends overseas. Our food was tasty and the service was acceptable. All in all, a great experience (and at least we were too full to have the airline food) Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Please avoid this establishment at all costs. The service was terrible. The restaurant was not busy at all and yet the waiter forgot to take our order. When we asked another waiter to take our order she wasn’t pleased. When we asked for tremazinies she advised they were out. We then ordered croissants. I then asked her to come back and take our drinks order. She proceeded to leave and have her own breakfast a few tables away from us and never came back and never bothered to tell another waiter to take our drinks order. Eventually when our order came the croissants varied significantly in size to the point where one was so small it could not even be considered a croissant and more like the size of a muffin. When I asked the waiter to change it he did so reluctantly and I almost had to beg him to change it. The chips were also stale. There was no remorse for the terrible service we received. Cold Drinks were warm, piece a pizza? More like piece a paper.. Took forever to come out, It's like eating rubber, and the manager just looked at us with a blank face as we told her what's wrong and still tried to charge us for what we did not eat and sent back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. Make sure you have enough time to spend atleast an hour here. Food takes unnecessarly long! Wouldn't recommend or atleast not the pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by for a quick eat. Pizza is very good and so is service, however the prices are very very high for drinks. The reason for this being they are marketing towards dollar and euro tourists. A regular cold drink was about R20, there were imported sodas too that cost more. The pizza was rightly priced I think and the coffees were only slightly more expensive. Pizza was very delicious and made fresh
Mind blowing pizza at piece a pizza. Look at the detailed toppings meld on the bread.... the taste is breathe taking, it’s worth the try. Your next flight out to OR Tambo, don’t forget to make your first stop at Piece a Pizza I really enjoyed it today - Thanks guys Keep up the good work
