Enjoy Second Street Promenade and come to this restaurant. Vietnamese cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous here. You can always degust good broth, egg rolls and grilled chicken at Pho Vina. Delicious wine gets positive reviews. Don't miss the opportunity to order great ice tea, thai iced tea or smoothies. Visitors don't like flija at this place. The great location of this spot makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Most users indicate that the staff is gracious. The fast service is a big advantage of this restaurant. A number of guests suppose that prices are affordable for what you get. Expect the homey atmosphere at Pho Vina. This place is ranked 4.4 within the Google grading system.

As is usually the case, some people can only complain and I feel Pho Vina could be getting a bad rap. I've been coming here weekly for about a year and have nothing bad to say about this great spot. Firstly the menu, it's enourmous! I've barely put a dent in it and nothing has let me down. The food comes hot and delicous time after time, whether busy or slow. Just now I was here by myself and it is quiet. I got my usual vermicelli with mini egg rolls sliced into bite size pieces so hot I've taken a minute to write this while it cools. It took 4 min. from the time I sat to get my plate. Better than any fast food dump! Alongside my plate I always order Vietnamese iced coffee which is super tasty and packs a caffeine wallop that blows Starbucks away. I will adress one common misconception I've heard, that the staff are rude. This is a cultural thing for sure. They are laser focused on getting you served as quick as possible and that's what they do. Small talk is not in their agenda. Primarily due to language difficulties is what I've found. This family busts their buts to keep this spot going. Because of its prime location I could guess that they need to sell a whole lot of coffee just to break even. Sometimes you'll notice the television is on, and everytime it's an Asian cooking show that I've seen them watching and commenting on. Definitely give them a chance, there's enough variety in the menu for everyone. I've also heard the chix sandwhich is the bomb but I can't verify that personally. Will update. Good food. Service got 4 stars maybe should have been 3. Server brought out dish with chicken on 2 order when both were clearly asked for beef then was given the stink eye because I wanted it corrected. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Been coming here for a few years now an I think it's one of the best pho spots in pomona, I brought a few people here an they said the same, the service can be great to ok but the food an location are great, a must try It's better when you eat at the location rather than take out Service Dine in Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Soup

Very authentic and "hole in the wall" style food. Prices are great too and a good variety of food that has amazing flavor. Nothing special from a interior perspective, but I don't care and enjoy the food more than anything.
Wonderful improvement from previous owners. They just recently opened in November 2016 and have so far been succeeding in their business. They inherited the place from a previous family that took poor care of the business and struggled the first month to convince old patrons to come back to the business (i'll admit even I was hesitant, knowing the condition it was previously in), but this new family has done a great job at turning the place around and are clean, not to mention the food is great. My favorites here are: Spring Rolls, Chicken Sandwich, the Vermicelli with chicken and eggroll, and their Shrimp or Seafood Pho.
Probably the best food I had on my California roadtrip (so far). The food is really good. And on par to the Vietnamese food in San Francisco. I would DEFINITELY eat here again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I always try to get pho when I am sick. I came here twice during my week of sickness. The first time I asked for extra lemon and mint leaves and second time he remembered me then added them to my plate. The Thai tea was good too Food: 4 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Pho
