We were looking around for a midday lunch and had always wanted to try here. We were NOT disappointed. The staff was friendly and quick with our drinks and orders. The chicken fried rice was absolutely tasty, and the boba was fantastic. We will absolutely be returning! The pho is pretty good. However, my main issue is how dirty the dishes and cups are. I have gone twice now and each time my water cup is so dirty that I won't drink from it. Just take a careful look at it next time you go and rub your hand on it and feel how they 100% did not scrub or wash it well. Which made me realize I should check the pho bowl. So I rubbed the outside of it and it was dirty as well. Probably won't go for awhile unless I hear any changes on it. Food is not as good as expected, but watch the promotion for happy hour. My wife and I both ordered, but only one of us received the Happy Hour discount. In other words, we were charged $9.95 for one Pho meal with a free spring roll. We were charged full price, $12.95 for second meal plus $3.95 for the spring roll. I was told that only one meal gets the Happy Hour discount despite no such notice on advertisement. I think this is poor business since each of us could have ordered separately. Meat combination Pho - was lifeless and rushed. The broth was very thin/light (needed Sriracha to add a flavor) - the meatballs were a questionable consistency, and the steak was TOUGH and I had to spit two cartilage chucks out. The floor in this establishment needs to be replaced, just looks dingy and dirty. Staff was insanely nice though, oddly totally indian? Both of the guys working that day were super diligent and got things done quickly!
