If your name has the word Pho in it, you better deliver. Unfortunately, this place did not. The pho broth is basically water, because you can't smell or taste any of the key seasonings. Star Anise is a very pronounced seasoning and it was absent. I really think they could have an opportunity to build their business by perfecting th broth.....pho broth is everything.
