URBAN TASTES Noi, la Petry, iubim mâncarea. Suntem mereu deschiși către noi experiențe culinare. Alegem ingrediente proaspete, naturale și de sezon pentru a pune în valoare gustul din farfurie. Dar, pentru a atinge perfecțiunea, avem un aliat. Cuptorul Josper. De aici pornește și călătoria ta experimentală în gastronomie. De la un cuptor inovator, alimentat cu cărbune și ingredientele atent alese de bucătari cu experiență. Focul - puterea primordială pe care omul a învățat să o controleze. Josperul combină noblețea focului cu tradiția, avangardismul, controlul și precizia. Îți garantează că ingredientele naturale ating perfecțiunea gustului. Specialitatea noastră? Steak-urile. Avem un chef dedicat selectării acestora. Acordăm o atenție specială atât tipului de vită, cât și vârstei acesteia. Înainte să trimită carnea către restaurant, experții noștri în măcelărie se asigură că mușchiul îndeplinește toate condițiile. Folosim cele mai proaspete ingrediente, pentru cele mai intense arome și gusturi în farfurie. Colaborăm cu producători locali și, astfel, cunoaștem bine originea ingredientelor pe care le folosim.

Unfortunately our experience was not a good one. We had a steak and a burger. The minced meat was brownish and raw, had a great stomach ache after. And this is not a 140 lei steak, it although we asked for medium it was rare and half of it was just fatty. The Prosecco we ordered was not good, the waitress told us that the bottle was opened days before and she did not put that on the bill, the red wine ice cold from the fridge and a really bad taste. Overall not a good experience, and we will definitely not go back.

Great location, food was ok-ish and prices are well below other restaurants with the same quality of ingredients but it wasn’t something that would make me want to come back necessarily. Ribs were a bit on the fatty side but otherwise tasty. Waitress could use some etiquette training.

Design too cold, too fancy, personal touch missing. Well done by a modern young and ambitious interior designer working by the manual. Good meat, but this is Petry, not? Better to order from the table on line so that the waiter does not try to suggest you undesired stuff. Ends to be quite expensive. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Really bad experience, great location but the FOOD IS TERRIBLE. The burger was almost raw, same as the steak. Full of fat. The Prosecco was not drinkable, the waitress said the bottle was opened days before. The red wine was cold, from the fridge and was really bad. Pays a great amount for nothing. New location, great architecture and really friendly staff. Albert did an amazing job in presenting the dishes and making us feel like home. We tried the bbq pork ribs and they were 4.5/5.
