Went for lunch ~ beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff and really good food. Lunch portions were huge. The 2 pics of the veal parm sub are the same sub. I needed an extra plate so I could try to eat my salad that came with the sub. You get a choice of salad or fries with the sub. The other pic is of the chicken parm with spaghetti. This place is a GEM. One of the cutest eateries I've been to this year. We had to wait for a table. There are only 8-10 tables total, but we waited for only 5 minutes. Our waitress was a hoot. Just a good ole gal who was quick with a punch line. Under her recommendation I got the chicken Parm with the made in house noodles. Stop reading here and get it. Just do yourself a favor and pay the three dollar upcharge for the fresh noodles. The portions are HUGE. I think I saw something on the menu about how you can't split dishes. But this would leave you with a second meal to take home. Which I did and I loved it for dinner that night. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this wonderful place to grab some very authentic food! We went for lunch today omg the subs are huge I was only able to eat half and am looking forward to the other half for tonight's dinner. We ordered the eggplant rolitini as an appetizer for the table it was amazing delicious tons of sauce and you could tell freshly over stuffed. Even as fill as I was I finished my fries they were crispy but soft in the middle totally addictive. We ate there last night. I am gluten-free and the waitress was wonderful in terms of discussing what was available and then I could get my meal with gluten-free pasta. Well apparently there as far as they’re concerned only the pasta has to be gluten-free because by the time I got home last night I had diarrhea in the car. I love Petrillo's, especially Linda's marinara sauce, SO GOOD! We do a lot of take out. The veal parm with pasta is great (actually improved with modest price increas) and you can beat the Petrillo sandwich. And don't forget about the meatball sub!
