I travel for work and everywhere I go, when it comes up in discussion, I recommend people try the Pork Chop 🥩 at Perry's. There have been times when it was too dry and the applesauce seemed like a bandaid. However,This most recent visit, the Chop was 100% what made me fall in love with it. The mashed potatoes that come with the chop are creamy and are a good side.
Even though I come for the Pork Chop Special on Wednesdays, the menu has a wide variety of tasty options with an even wider range of pricing. There are some reasonably priced options if you are on a budget. I have never had a bad dish here, service is what drove the ratings down. When the server was around, they were cordial and knew the menu...... but once they were out of your site, you don't see them for a while.
In summary, I will go here at least once every week or so if I can.

Family went to celebrate a birthday 🥳 and all I can say is AMAZING! The food was delicious and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. We had a great time making wonderful memories, and they certainly helped! Thank you! Will be coming back! 😁

My husband & I had a lovely lunch. The service’s great, our waitress kept our drinks full and she was really friendly. The Wedge salad👌 was absolutely my favorite. The fried asparagus and the top sirloin steak was cooked perfectly! I’ll definitely be back!

Use to be a hidden gem with excellent stakes for a reasonable price. But since Covid they have incredibly raised their price about 30% (much more than competition or meat inflation). They also changed their menu and cut the salad in 2023 (without price reduction). Now they are priced like top tier steakhouses for steaks that are about like Texas Road House (which are very good). But Texas Road House is half the price…! Too bad Management got greedy, it was truly a pleasure coming every other week for many years. Now for the same steak we go to Texas Roadhouse. And for excellent steak Capital Grill.

This is the original location for Perry’s steakhouses. I remember eating on picnic tables next to the meat market. Much better atmosphere now. It is nice, but lacks the elegance of the steakhouses. The prices seem better.
The service was good however she forgot to bring ordered and promised items.
We ordered the famous pork chop 4/5, Char-Grilled Shrimp 4.5/5, bread pudding 4/5, FRENCH CREAM CHEESECAKE 5/5, and TRIPLE LAYER CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE 5/5.
No full bar. Wine and beer offering reasonable choices.

Very nice place, felt a little underdressed wearing shorts and a polo shirt. The Perry's famous pork chop is incredible, on a sizzling platter, and so tender you don't even need a knife.

We drove down from Katy to have their famous 26oz steak! 🥩 Juicy, Delicious, Unique Flavor! I had my first French onion soup (flavorful)
We also had the appetizer sampler!!! The sausage was the highlight!!!

We enjoyed a late afternoon family gathering for my Mom’s 94th birthday. Brandon our server was remarkable. The only reason I am adding 4 Stars for the food is because my son Matthew had a steak that he had ordered Medium and what we got was well done with charred burned bacon which left a bitter after taste. He didn’t want to make a stick and send it back. I purchased one of Perry’s aged filets for him to take home and cook. Otherwise the event was wonderful everyone had a great time and the server as I stated was amazing. Thanks for such a lovely afternoon for my Mom.

Sam our waitress was super friendly and attentive, atmosphere was cozy with the meat side of the restaurant with meat available for purchase. Wine was excellent, white Moscato, salad with home made buttermilk "recommended" was delicious and the bread was a warm dense but not overly dense bread with whipped butter that melted right in. As far as the steaks, they were both cooked perfectly but im more of a salt and pepper person. These have a buttery herb seasoning that while tasted good wasn't really what I prefer on a steak but that's just a personal choice. Overall a great experience and I heard great things about the pork chops and ribs.
