I made on online order late for just a piece of cheesecake and a slice of coconut cream pie. I got my cheesecake but not my coconut cream pie. I understand it was late and they might have run out, but not to wait and ask what I wanted as a replacement or offer a refund is a little disappointing. And when I walked in there was no one and I waited there was still no one. I’m just disappointed that I can’t even eat the item I was given as a replacement because it has an ingredient I am allergic to.

I swear this has to be the worse dine in experience I ever had. Waited 10 mins to be seated. No one showed up so I sat myself. After finally being acknowledged I ordered and the food came out cold. Waited again so I could have them re heat my plate never checked on me. After finally deciding I was done with this experience and was ready to pay and go. I was asked how was my food. Explained my food was cold and was not satisfied. Server did nothing to rectify my experience

My husband and I have been regular Perkins customers for many years. It's our go-to restaurant - and this location is our favorite! The staff is always friendly and treats us like family. Except for a very few occasions when they have been short-staffed, or the restaurant is especially busy, service is generally always excellent and timely. The servers are the best - friendly and attentive, and always open to accommodate special requests or menu substitutions. The food is always tasty and cooked to order. On the few occasions when a food item isn't quite up to expectations, they are eager to make it right, or substitute another dish. Some of my favorite entrees are the Hibachi Grilled Shrimp and the Honey Mustard Chicken Crunch Salad. And the Pumpkin Pancakes are scrumptious! Food is reasonably priced, although beverage prices seem a little high. But refills are free and unlimited. Last night we both had a lunch duo with a nice tossed salad and a generous half Chicken Melt sandwich - more than enough food to fill us up.
The decor at this location is somewhat dated, and could stand to be refreshed, but overall, the restaurant appears clean and comfortable. One of the things we appreciate is the generally low noise level. My husband has hearing problems, and Perkins is one of the few places we can go for dinner and easily hear each other, even when it's a pretty full house.

Perky Bear Pancakes
While usually fairly consistent, this morning's service was very good but our food was barely warm. Managing 4 children under 12, they dove right in eating as we discovered the problem. They were not that busy, many empty tables. Not sure who to fault, but something was very wrong.

Most of the party I was with enjoyed their food. They mostly ate crab and appetizers.
My fish and chips was not good. The fish was overcooked, and it was a very small piece. The fries were okay, but there were very few. They were seasoned nicely.
Our server, Noah, was very nice.

Got one of their ghost kitchen items. Mr Beast burger. They didn't actually make the burgers and just gave me three plain burgers. They said they couldn't fix it and then they told me I had to order it again and request a refund on the original order to fix the mistake. I just left, didn't want to deal with the nightmare. Called Mr Beast burger for a refund and they were confused because that didn't make any sense. Food refunded. Won't go again.
