First time here, service was super slow almost 40 minutes for our meals, and the place wasn't that crowded. Food was very salty but we were too hungry and on a time schedule, so no time to argue. They had salsa music so loud that we couldn't even talk. It was so hot inside perhaps the a/c doesn't reach the corner tables. We were confused about the concept, is it Mexican?, Puerto Rican? Perhaps a confusion of both? as well as the french toast plate was actually "donuts"?? So yeah we were expecting the actual french toasts but it was a bunch of donuts. The Velvet Coffee was more whipped cream than coffee. Not sure if we'll come back here. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great ambiance inside the restaurant. Parking is limited and hard to find a spot. The food was ok but the portions were decent. Overall seemed like a good place enjoy food in a good environment.

Went with my family first of all you couldn't even speak you had to yell The music from the bar Was colliding with the music from the dinning room We order the burrito infiel the meat wasn't seasoned at all nor the chorizo All you could taste was the red wine overall not the best i had The staff was helpful and friendly the waiting time was 1 hour and a Half The nachos con carnitas was really good and flavorful I do recommend that dish Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

UPDATE - Second Visit: I've revisited this place to give it a second chance and it played well. Actually the food was better and great tasting. I went with a group and they loved it. The ambiance is quite nice and customer service was good. The drinks were nicely prepared and moderately priced. Overall I recommend this place to have a good time.

The food was good and the place was nice and comfortable. The prices are a little bit high, but the reason I gave it 4 stars is that it's a Mexican place that does not have ground beef...

Their main dish is a stuffed bell pepper. The hook is that it's stuffed with mashed plantains (mofongo) and your choice of meat. Just stay away from the corner tables; AC doesn't reach and it gets awfully hot really quick.

It's an original local restaurant with a variety of Puerto Rican and Mexican food. Cozy place. Food was really good. Music was a little bit too loud. On the other hand, service was excellent. They have reasonable price on their menu. Really good.
