My fourth rooftop in Mandalay and by far the best, pricy but worth it for a special occasion.

One of the best in town. Scenery view, beautiful background and rooftop seatings with a small garden and swimming pool. Can have the drinks by bottle or shake. Menu is close to Asian styles, but it was great. Variety and wide selection. A very good place to chill.
