This was my first and my last! We got the 50.00 family platter, and the rice wasn't even cooked!! It was horrible! We had to through it all away! Ordered teriyaki tofu with extra tofu and this place mixed more chicken than tofu into my dish, I haven’t eaten meat in over 15 years, but I accidentally did tonight no thanks to the chefs that’s this place employs. Thank god I don’t eat chicken by choice and not because I’m allergic because this careless mistake could’ve costed my life. Being gluten free limits my choices when it comes to fast food. Pei Wei is my go to because I know it’s a safe option. This specific pei Wei is by far the best experience you will ever have when it comes to dine or take out. Not only is the food choices amazing but the staff is outstanding!!! The coconut curry was well balanced. Sweetness of the coconut with a little heat. The chicken lettuce wraps had nice crunch along with a good amount of chicken. The edamame was well salted. The Mongolian beef was tender and quite good. I would have liked more green onion and a little more crisp on the steak, but overall pretty good. The manager and staff were amazing. Not mention that the food was delicious. My wife usually gets the house special, but they stopped making it. The chef then did the best he could to make it as close as possible, and she loved it. That's the kind of service you keep coming back for!!! I usually never complain, especially about food. But this PeiWei specifically has never once got my order right. Tonight I ordered double steak Mongolian beef. The beef was literal charcoal it was cooked so long. The taste was unbearable. I love Pei Wei but man this location is absolutely horrible. Horrible! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I eat at pei Wei occasionally but don’t think I’ll be going back after this visit. The service was great but the food was terrible. I got the orange chicken with brown rice. The rice was so undercooked it wasn’t edible. The chicken was dry there was no sauce for the chicken or the rice. The honey chicken was all rice hardly any chicken and no sauce.
