Try good thai chicken, orange chicken and egg rolls. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good lemonade. Guests don't highly appreciate doughnuts at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Pei Wei. A lot of people highlight that employees are courteous at this place. This place is associated with the cool atmosphere. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

I have always liked coming here, however my last visit was not cool. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review when I have had many good experiences but it think this one is more serious. When someone asks for a food item with no peanut, and it's made with peanuts on accident, just remake and don't attempt to pick the peanuts out and then serve it. Peanut allergies are no joke and about 2 bites into it I was trying to figure out why my throat was getting tight and my face was getting tingly and boom, a couple of peanuts. What really gets me, is the staff member who brought it out to me saw the peanuts, took it back and brought it back out after the peanuts were picked out. I told her how much I appreciated her catching that. Well, I didn't realize they were only picked out. Totally not cool. That kind of stuff should be taken seriously. They did refund me for the meal as I couldn't finish it. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

There were about 5 employees all standing together and talking, a few looked our way standing at the register and didn’t acknowledge us what so ever. Finally someone walked over to take our order and when we got the food, it was so bad I took a few bites and was done. It was like plain ramen noodles you buy at Wal-Mart but without the flavor package and covered in the most horrible sauce. Fried rice was also really bad. Overpriced for the food they’re serving. I would never come back here. Do yourself a favor and just get some Panda Express if you think about coming here. Horrible service and cleanliness! Every table was dirty even though it was really slow while we were there. My husband even got gum stuck to his pants from underneath the table! It took 35 minutes to get our food... And then when we got it, it seemed as though it was sitting back in the kitchen area for a while before they brought it to us. Good flavor but waaaay too much sauce! There's a new item on the menu called firecracker Chicken! The description indicates it should be spicy, but it wasn't at all. It was actually sweet and drowned in way too much sauce. Overpriced for sure! Took a while for anyone to acknowledge that we were there, and then when waiting for our food it happened to people who came in after us...they ended up leaving because they were totally ignored. We've decided we'll never be back here again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bleh. We thought we would try it out, the usual place we get Chinese from is closed Sundays. The food was not great. The best part was the drunken noodles. Our crab rangoons were burnt and had black pieces on them. Feels like a huge waste of money. Very unsatisfied and won't be going back again that's for sure. Pretty expensive for the little amount of chicken I got. I was still hungry after. As for the food, it lacked character. The taste mildly resembled what advertised wasn't entirely horrible. I didn't live an hour away. I would have rather ate at home. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried to make a phone order tonight, called multiple times to be hung up on after 2 min of waiting every time. Came in person to order, and I called while waiting, watch the phone light up but they had the ringer turned off. So I have a question as to why you guys say you take phone order's, but just ignore the phone anyways. Don't come with an excuse of it may have been busy during that time because the place only had 3 couples in it and they all had thier food. Service: 1

Went during dinner around 630pm and it was very, very busy...which is to be excepted in Queen Creek for a new restaurant. Some of our food came out very quickly which was great. But my 3 year olds kids meal and my husband's meal came out almost 45 minutes after mine and my daughter's food did. So we were already finished before they even started. So that was a little disappointing. I am sure once things settle down it will be more quickly delivered.
I went to Pei Wei last night during the dinner rush. It took a little under an hour from me entering the location to exiting it with my take home food. That, however, is not why I am rating the location as two stars. I ordered the chicken fried rice, the daily special of General Tsos chicken, and two pork rolls. I did take my order home but did not throw it around while I drove home (which is only about 5 min away). As you can see from the picture attached, the pork rolls' chili sauce was put in sideways with a semi opened lid. It was spilt all over my now soggy pork rolls when I opened the container. Major bummer. However, I get that they were busy and mistakes happen. What really made my experience a two star experience was the too long for my head hair I found in my fried rice. That was disgusting and caused me to throw the whole thing away. So I was left with soggy pork rolls and no chicken fried rice for dinner. It was not worth the hour long wait and $22 bill for me. On the plus side my wife enjoyed her General Tsos chicken so I couldn't give the review just one star. I truly hope they work on their food quality and training as I was very excited for a new Chinese place being opened close to us.

Very good Asian food. The prices are good for the portion and quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Ordered pad Thai, drunken noodles, and crab wontons for pick up, upon receiving the order the crab wontons were cold and under cooked, pad Thai was over cooked and mushy, drunken noodles were undercooked and almost too chewy. By far my worst pei Wei experience. Hope they find consistency soon, till then, I’ll be driving out of my way to another location.
