The food has become a yoyo experience. One day is excellent, and the next experience is like this can never be the same store. The food has a couchy smell. The staff lost as to what I ordered on the telephone. The food was terrible 😕 I raised this with them. All that was said was sorry. I called to place my order Response was very quick and the person I was talking to on the phone was very professional and the stuff is friendly. But I wasn't totally satisfied with my meal, my order was a chicken paella but rice was too less for a full chicken meal and it was dry not enough sauce. Ordered 2 vegetable burgers and chips among other items for delivery, but instead received 2 chicken burgers and chips. I called the store and was told they will replace the order. 30 minutes later the driver shows up with 2 pathetically packaged burgers and no chips. We called the store once more and the manager was under the impression we would remove the chips from the chicken burgers therefore he just sent 2 vegetable burgers. Absolutely kuk brand, probably the worst store in South Africa. This brand has copied the nandos business system, somewhat unsuccessfully. They employ absolutely dimwitted staff and management, they haven't a clue how a fast food restaurant is supposed to operate. It takes over a week of emailing and calling their customer care to have a customer complaint response and one still has to endure going through to the store and dealing with staff who are totally apathetic to their customer. Stick to the original nandos, they also have staff issues at the verulam branch but the product quality will be loads better than Pedro's and at least the brand has a bit more empathy when dealing with clients. Sunday, 8th of May 2022 was understandably busy at the store as it was Mother’s Day. Before going into the store I called and frequented for delivery however, I was advised that deliveries were closed at 5pm due to the influx of orders. I then decided to go to the store. Now is where the problem lies. The store was chaotic. I believe that the store was under staffed. Also, there was poor management of the lines. It was confusing for everyone which led to frustration of customers. There needs to be good management of the order and collection lines. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Placed an order at 18h00 kept calling for updates after the promised stipulated time of delivery elapsed , spoke to the manager Phumzile who promised the food is on the way thereafter at 21h00, been advised food is delivered to “someone else” Worst service ever! 1 star is even a high rating for this store!
