The management and staff are very friendly, helpful and quick.❤️ They were really busy when we got there, but, our order was taken quickly and waiting was not long at all. The owner and his son, are very friendly, kept ensuring everyone wasn't waiting too long, we were in and out within 15 minutes, considering how busy they were.👌👌👌 We bought 4 x burger and chips & 5 x strips and rice, (all hot) flavour, it was absolutely delicious. 👌👌👌👏👏👏👏 Thank you so much for the excellent service and delicious food. 👏👏👏 Keep it up.👏👏👏 Will highly recommend them.❤️ Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Strips and Spicy Rice

We need to stop supporting these knock off fast food chains. Never again , was a daily customer but now I'd rather put another R20 and go to a proper restaurant like Nandos. Purchased a strips and chips and the chips were stale , a few pieces of the chicken was undercooked. Asked for extra sauce sachet only for the server to tell me that it's not for sale . Lmfao an extra sauce sacher that's 25cents st best still can't organise Update It has been a long while since my initial review, the store has made some much needed changes but still much more work is left to be done. Terribly disappointed,I had ordered my food telephonically with the store ,the person that took my call said she had my order and I could collect within 20 minutes,we waited at the collection area only to be told that they did not have my order and can't find any record of it after another 30 min wait for them to find the slip on which the cashier had written my order they found my order which was laying on their counter ,the food was now cold and we not able to enjoy our food as we had loadshedding as well. Not the first time I have received horrific service from the Pedro's overport, Brickfield road, Durban. I placed an order on the application and it was short delivered. When called to enquire I was told that the person is going to discuss with the manager and get back to me. 15 minutes later I had to call back and they told me it has been sorted out and they are waiting for the driver wow so nobody thought to update me ???? , 20 minutes later I call back and they still waiting it is now 45 minutes waiting for something that I have paid for and not even my fault. The manager of the branch was so unprofessional as he never once spoke to me, as well as the staff answering the phones are rude. Wow! If I could give 6 stars I would. Had Pedro's delivered through Mr Delivery and I was truly impressed. The packaging, portion sizes and quality were just amazing. Even my 3 year old was dancing for joy while eating :D. And their "fully loaded wrap"...? Truly FULLY loaded!!

Ordered wings, when I get to the store to pay they say the system doesn't let them select wings. Waited over 20 Min in a queue, only one person serving. The second till has sometime there but she is only entering online orders. When I get to the front and I give them my name, they don't see it on the system, she then has to go through a slip with all the online orders and then find mines, and enter the order again in order for me to pay, no system whatsoever. The sms said my order will be ready at 19:09, it is now 19:37 and I'm still waiting here for my order. Useless service,I would rather drive an extra 10 Min to the next store instead of dealing with this incapable store Meal type Dinner Price per person R 200–250

Service was beyond being poor , we got there few minutes before 10 , waited in the car for 10 o'clock when we approached the shop floor was wet first off all, someone busy cleaning , we went straight to the counter a lady said to us they are not yet open we should come back , we immediately left and came back after 15 minutes but still when we got there they were not ready again, then my question was why they don't have some sort of a notice as to say that they are not yet open if they have a crisis we didn't get an answer to that , what annoys me the most is the attitude with the staff it stinks, customers Service is very important we were not there for vacation if they can treat us as customers with respect and good attitude not what we so on that Sunday , they need to fix their attitude I'm not sure if that lady is a manager or what if that's the case I feel sorry for that shop, surprisingly we left immediately to the nearest Pedro's and we were served with dignity as quick as possible

Ordered via the app at 6pm. Came at 6 50pm to fetch. Food was not ready, they couldn't cancel order. Manager said 20 min wait. We had somewhere to be. Came back at 8pm to fetch. Burgers were still not ready. Paella was ready. Waited for the burgers ,only to come home to the wrong flavor burgers. We ordered 1 mild and 1 hot burger. Both came hot. We ordered mild sprinkle paella. It came drenched in basting. Kids couldn't eat . They just ate the chips. Extremely disappointed and will not return to this particular pedros .
