OK, this is a lounge with decent seats, calm atmosphere. Lots of charge points, small lounge areas for privacy, reclining seats for nap. Very nice. And much better than discomfort outside. But food is non-existent, cold bread, cold eggs, crusty croissants. The only thing good is the tea and coffee. But the coffee is made for you, via the machine...push a button. You could operate yourself, very easily, no waiting so why? Only one WC, in good shape, but only one. Crowded fast. Big smoking room, ugh, why is this here? Is it worth the PP? Yes, because alternative is worse. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Great service from the staff. Selma checking me in with a smile. Muhammad, Said, and Khadija behind the food counter were all great. Soukaina was awesome too. I can only comment on the service because the lounge itself doesn’t offer much so come in with the lowest expectation for a priority pass lounge. The staff has little to work with. Too bad. Included in priority pass so no fee for me. This is a two story lounge. They have new furniture with nice amenities but the policy of only 2 tiny sandwiches per customer is ridiculous. They do have a playroom and a prayer room- also a smoking room… but other than that it does not have much going for the lounge. Price per person MAD 1–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Never been compelled to write a review about a lounge but come on Priority Pass - this should not even be part of your offering. Unwelcoming, dirty and a few sandwiches offerings and that’s it. The food is not self-service and I felt like I was putting the staff out to ask for things. The tea was served lukewarm and when we asked for fresh, they simply reheated it. Morocco was so beautiful but this lounge was a huge let down and I would skip it next time. Honestly, this should be shut down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WORST lounge I’ve ever been, very limited food and beverage options, coffee machine looked kinda fancy but could only make black coffee lol. The lounge was packed with approximately 50 passengers, two staff were busy heating up the food but they were giggling all of the time, very unprofessional. And the toilet, lock - didn’t work, cleanness - 1/10, toilet paper - lucky if you find some, hand dryer - didn’t work but looking cute (upside down).
The lounge itself offers little beyond what's available in the general airport area, lacking any special features or amenities that distinguish it from the usual airport environment. The most notable downside, was the staff's attitude and service. They seemed more interested in their own conversations than in assisting guests. This lack of attention and professionalism significantly detracted from the overall experience of the lounge. The food options, especially during breakfast, were far from satisfactory. The available choices were extremely limited, and the food that was available was cold, which did not make for an enjoyable meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Not even worthwhile wasting time going to this lounge. Small space and even smaller food/drink menu. I would give it 0 if I could as they spent space on a smoking and kids space but not on any actual items that belong in a lounge. Not sure why this is even called that. Buyer beware as you’ll feel incredibly ripped off Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
This is a lower end priority pass lounge. Staff are kind and helpful. I chalk this up to poor management. The manager came and scolded the food worker for giving me more than 2 sandwiches (which i was getting for my children). The toilet seat in the women’s bathroom has been broken for over a year. Coffee machine upstairs was broken. Bathrooms need some serious repair jobs. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

What’s a disgraceful lounge! Guy, you made me feel that this is not Morocco. Do I need to pay £30 to get another tiny sandwich? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately, a rating of 0 doesn't exist. A lounge to avoid at all costs. The worst lounge on earth. Simply nothing is available; even the staff disappears for 20 minutes without notice. They only have tasteless cold sandwiches that you have to pay extra for. No coffee cups, for a machine that doesn't even work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
