Ordered Veggie Pomodoro as i was looking for veg option. It was horrible to taste . Fusilli pasta was overcooked which we couldn’t hold in fork.Taste was absolutely savor which was absolutely toxic . Veggies cut in to bad shape. We did mentioned this to the guy who served us . But this experience with Paul is absolute waste of money , and on the top of that i was starving and had to eat that which i left almost half in a plate . Disappointing . Will never enter this brand ever agin for sure . They really need to give spoon to eat this pasta . Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We always enjoy the food here served in Paul. We had several visits in the Villagio and Mirqab branches eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's always a complimentary bread basket. This time, here in DFC, we ordered the salmon poke bowl, chicken cordon bleu and onion soup with coffee. Our onion soup order never arrived. We asked for it and the waiter said we never ordered it even if he repeated our orders correctly beforehand. We didn't bother to complain anymore because we were very full and the service was very good anyway. The waiters were all very attentive and nice. The salmon and chicken cordon bleu were good. We enjoyed. The Americano was not that great...slightly burnt taste... Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 (because of the onion soup we never tasted which was lost in translation) Meal type Brunch Price per person QAR 50–100

Went there for breakfast. Have been going to Paul for a long time, love their menu selection and pastries. Recently however, they’ve increased their prices making them a bit overpriced. Service is always great

We are regulars at Paul but we normally opt for breakfast. We tried dinner at festival city, started with truffle fries, being a fan of french fries the lady did enjoy :) We then ordered the chicken club sandwich from the warm sandwich menu and the healthy grilled chicken with grilled vegetables. Unfortunately the club sandwich and fries that accompanied the dish were cold so it was not really good. The chicken was ok, a bit chewy and hence not great. We still managed to eat it and it was warm. Service was ok. Overall it was an average experience and we preferred Breakfast.

Paul is my number one breakfast choice but DFC branch always disappoints me… I ordered a continental breakfast. I then asked for a basket of bread (which normally comes free of charge) but the waiter said we have to charge it. I was ok with it until i received it with barely 3 thin slices of bread. I asked for the manager to complain because if I’m paying for it then it better be a decent portion. He never came to my table although i asked the waiter 3 times & everytime he gave me a different reason (he’s on the phone mam, he’s busy mam…) SO to conclude, i bought the complete loaf of bread for double the price of that poor basket , refused to pay for the basket, paid my bill & left. 📍: Paul Bakery and Restaurant The Chocolate Croissant was amazing and had a really good filling of chocolate The Hot Chocolate was Amazing, really warm and chocolatey . Really loved the taste The Almond Latte was also an excellent drink The Services could have been better .

Always welcomed here. Service is superb, very friendly staff, they accommodate you on your soecial small requests. Food is very good and portions are huge, not to mention the breads. A must.

Terrible attitude of service team. Sat on table for 45 minutes, waiting to give order. Tried to waved them, attract attention. Unfortunately, got only cutlery placed on table, but nobody was taking our order. After we got up and left, after 45 min, nobody even apologized. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Service: 1
