I reached out to the store to get in touch with a manager in person or over the phone and was told due to their maternity leave my only option was a generic inbox. I sent an email the following day making the same request as french and Arabic are not languages I'm comfortable dialoguing in and never received a reply. The service in store and with upper management has been thus far, greatly disappointing. While I was visiting the store to purchase pastries for myself and my mother on the evening of Sunday October 22 2023 the older lady tending the cash register decided to scold an employee for being helpful out loud in a passive aggressive manner for everyone to see and made it seem as though being helpful was wrong. This womans attempt at redirecting her employee towards proper protocol is none of my business but she felt it to be so important that she kept me waiting while training her staff. The employee in question helped me understand a word I did not know by showing me to help out her colleague who initially was the one taking my order but was getting fed up by my inability to understand Arabic. It's not my first language. Repeating the same word in different ways will not help me understand. Her colleague saw me struggling to use Google translate and instead took me over to another counter and showed me which immediately cleared all doubts as I was able to understand what the first colleague was talking about: walnuts. Without her kindness I would still be working with her colleague to no avail. I was the only person in the store shopping, the place was not busy and her attempt at disciplining the young woman was not called for. The experience at the cash was disappointing and disheartening. Scolded for doing the right thing! Paul has higher standards of professionalism towards their employees and with their clients. Their pastries are of equal or greater quality. Plus it's a sit down coffee shop unlike this establishment! Service Take out Price per person MAD 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Aujourd'hui j ai acheté un cheese cake, vraiment j étais déçue: il y a un arrière goût de métal de conserve insupportable j ai pas pu prendre une deuxième bouchée. Il faut revoir la qualité des ingrédients. Par ailleurs ça fait bien un moment que j ai commandé un gâteau d anniversaire pour ma fille le prix était exorbitant et aucune originalité en contre partie. Dommage Quelle honte pour la pâtisserie française!
