Today I went to the Riverside Mall in Hackensack, I came here for a cappuccino and they offered me lentil soup as well, everything was delicious!, the place was clean and crowded, the guys who served me were very kindly :) I will recommend this place for a relaxing time and delicious beverages and food. Food and coffee is incredible, I love this place, I always go there for lunch to get my raspberry croissant with an ice latte! The worker there, named Elizabeth is very friendly and kind, I will definitely recommend this place to eat. Definitely I will go back any time!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just awful. Other PF locations are much better. Waited 15 minutes to order drinks and the guy who works here kept asking “oh, you guys didn’t order?” When we finally got to order, instead of apologizing (mind you there was no line), he goes ohh its a holiday. No apologies. Just horrible.

My husband and I wanted to get a coffee and they have a lot of options and plenty of pastry, this place is good, tasty and amazing and also wanted to thanks Elizabeth for being so friendly and kind 10/10, she did the perfect cappuccino for us and she is very attentive and very professional, I cant believe how fast she is when making drinks with long lines, I will definitely recommend this place to go! The people currently working here shouldn’t be working here. The Asian guy and the black girl offer horrible service like they’re half asleep and don’t want to be there. The young black man that works there was great he basically did both their jobs in giving exceptional customer service. This place is trash though.. it’s almost like there’s no management, food tastes old, aura is lifeless and it is overpriced. Gross!! DEFINITELY not worth $35..
