What I love of this place is the atmosphere. Quiet,spacious. Nice and low jazz music,not loud music or thrash reggaeton. This is how a restaurant should be. Very nice employees and great food and prices.

I ordered a sampler plate (surtido) and it was really delicious and it had a large amount of food for the price. I really liked their marinara sauce it surely has flavor unlike other places. I highly recommend visiting this place, it is surely a family setting.

This place is awesome, child friendly, they welcome you and treat you great from the start. Will go out of the way to find a good table or two for big family. Constantly asking If all is ok, if you need anything. Food is a delish, mmmmmm. Price is wow, amazingly. The waiter/waitress are awesome and friendly!
It was a really bad experience, we order 4 meal and 3 of then came in incorrectly. The appetizer was okay just a bit cold. The attention was really poorly so far will never come back. Please they're so many restaurants 1000% times better in Puerto Rico.

Cleaness and looks - It looked cleaned and organized. Tables are small and close to each other. Lightning is not bright, but it aint dark either.
Service Staff - Employees are friendly and greet you upon arrival. They normally don't go to your table unless you signal them or ask for them.
Waiting time - The order was taken relatively quickly, but from the moment of taking the order to start receiving the appetizer, it took more than an hour. Other tables left because their order were never taken. The restaurant wasn't crowded and was not in rush hour. The main course arrived almost 1.20hrs later.
Quality - after finally receiving the appetizer, it was a plate full of "Platanutres" (Fried Green Plantain slices) small amounts of pork, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, fried cheese, and fried grouper fish mini balls. Besides the point of being a $34.00 plate of basically "Platanutres," the grouper fish mini balls tasted more to COD fish than any other type of fish. And if I don't ask, I would have never guessed the cheese balls. (I have no clue on how to describe the flavor. I just know it doesn't taste as cheese.)
The main Entries, not enough that it took almost 1 hour and half to get to the table, they don't carry fresh fish. (At least they are honest about it. They don't try to sell it as fresh). Out of 3 different orders, 1 order arrived super cold. The other 2 were warm. The "Mofongo" (Smashed green plantain) was more similar to a Dominican Mangú than an actual Mofongo. The portions were small compared to price. On top of everything? Been that the prices top the $20.00 - $26.00 margins, they give you plastic utensils. Seriously? With the high prices of the Menu, which compares easily to any Metro Area restaurant, you end up eating with bagged plastic utensils.
Around 3 or 4 years ago, I had the same experience. I thought i could give them another chance but.... it was definitely not worth it. I am saddened to say that i will not recommend this place. Nor for the price, worst the service.
I'm sorry to leave a not so good review, but everything I have mentioned could have been corrected. Waiters can follow up with the kitchen. Follow-up with customer. Verify order before it leaves the kitchen. If something is not going as planned? Let it know to the customers. Offer more drinks, or more bread, or something to keep guests occupied. Etc.
Customer Service should be all about making a visit from a guest a total pleasant experience.
What a wonderful hidden gem!
First sign... it was full of families. Second sign, prompt service. Please be patient as this is a small establishment with few employees, you will be glad of the results. The food is fantastic!
Generous portions and great prices. The large appetizer plate will easily serve 10 people! The garlic bread just melts in your mouth.
All in my family were well satisfied with the flavors and plate sizes they selected.
Just be patient and enjoy the time with your family.
