As a Denver resident who frequents Loveland, I'm so excited to have somewhere to stop for grub before the trip back down! Located right on the Centerra strip mall, only a mile off I-25.
Bummed that they didn't have a grilled beef banh mi option- only pork or chicken, however, the chicken banh mi was very good! Have yet to try the rest of the menu but they offer a variety of appetizers, pho, croissant sandwiches, and Korean corndogs.
Staff are very kind and helpful. I received my food hot and fresh within 10 min.
I recommend the chicken banh mi, lychee Strawberry tea with boba, and the half/half potato corndog.

Potato Half & Half
The best Banh Mi I have had so far in Colorado. Been to Bale, Lee’s, Vinh Xuong, Paris Banh Mi 120th street location and a few others that weren’t memorable. The No 1 special combo is my favorite of them all. Lots of meat, crispy baguette, creamy mayo and pate, smothered in veggies. So much to love.
The pastries are top notch and currently having a buy 5 get one free special. A hidden gem is the hot pastries. Not sure what it is called but it is a super flakey pastry with a meat filling. Highly recommended.
Their drinks are amazing too. I had the peach iced tea. You have a choice between green and black tea. I had the green tea version and it went down really smooth. Not overly sweet and full of flavor. The wife had the sugar cane drink and that too was surprisingly good. Not too sweet and a slight lemony tang.
Didn’t have room for the Korean hotdogs but a lot of people were ordering them and they looked really good. So many good options will be back for sure.

First time try this place while in town, they have so many different topping sandwich, pastry, and boba drink. I really love the seasalt ice coffee, and the vietnamese sandwiches are tasteful too.. I will try different drink and sandwiches when I come back next time

I’ve been waiting for a place with korean hot dogs to finally arrive in Loveland! Everything is reasonably priced, delicious, and place is very clean! Since it’s their grand opening, they have buy two drinks, get one free. However, since they DID just open, they were still missing some items.

We have been coming here since the opening day. Today was special because my order was completely wrong. My phone cut out and the nice girl working the register heard me wrong. We ordered Pho but got something else. Everyone is human. I felt so bad. The greatest part of this experience was the conversation with the Owner at the end. Such great service. So much kindness. Thank you for always taking good care of your customers. Happy Holidays.

From California to visit a friend in Colorado and was looking for a Vietnamese food. Google and saw there is a Paris bánh mì Café & bakery in LoveLand. We order 5 special combinations and 5 grilled pork and the bánh mì taste very damn good. the place is clean and new and the service is awesome, definitely we will be back get some more tomorrow.👍

Wow, very cool spot with something different, I had the B1 and a Coconut Milk Tea, I just spent a month in Vietnam around Northern region, this is as good as what I was getting there

Sooo yummy and surprisingly inexpensive! Sandwiches are fresh and tasty, there's a large variety of boba flavors from fruity to milky and creamy, and the pastries are made fresh daily! My husband and I splurged and got two bahn mi, two pastries, a corn dog, and a creme brulee boba and it was around $35 before tip! Everything we got was tasty and the owners are very kind. Restraunt was clean and the food came out fast. This is our new favorite spot! Can't wait to try the pho next 😋🍽

Hot Cheetos Corn Dog
Today, I visited this place for their soft opening, and I was impressed with how they had set up the store. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. As soon as I entered, the aroma of freshly baked Banh Mi wafted through the air.
I opted for the Special Combination and a Thai tea. The Banh Mi had that delightful crunch, which, in my opinion, is a crucial factor for its taste. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and the pâté had an aromatic flavor that added to the overall experience. Given how great my first visit was, I can't wait to return and explore more items from their menu.

I have been here a handful of times, and every time it is the same experience. I ordered 1 sandwich(B.2) and waited for over 25 minutes. While waiting, I observed a few people in the back more concerned about what they were going to take home to eat for themselves at the end of their shift, rather than serve the paying customer.
The food is mediocre, definitely not worth the wait and hardly worth the $10, my tip included.
I don’t suggest wasting your hard earned money or time, here.
