Food is good as what you can expect from PappaRich, but the service really needs to be improved! Air conditioning not working, waitress has trouble understanding order, food arrives late despite small number of customer. Get it together! Despite all this the interior is nice and the view is lovely.

Getting here was easy because the shop was next to bank rakyat, the ambient is very nice sort of like high class dinner place. You can have breakfast lunch and dinner here they have all those menu. While eating you can see the view of Putrajaya lakeside, it's very beautiful usually during night time with all the Putrajaya lights. The staff is very friendly kudos to the management.

Pros : Great food. Cons: Service problem. Understaffed. Almost an hour for double set of toast. Even the people at the kitchen went down to serve the food. If you scroll thru the remarks, the complaints are mostly on the service, not the food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious! Its portion is also suitable for feast alone (kinda big). It comes with reasonable price also. However it is equipped with nice views of the lake ahead. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20

Absolutely astonishing! I love it very much, though there were some complications with the meal but thats because my handwriting was a bit rusty. Sorry about that! The staff is nice and cooperative, its very nice. The music they played is so soothing it complements the atmosphere of the restaurant, good job! Sorry that I couldn't provide more clear photos, but its safe to say that I enjoyed my time here :D

There are lots of seats here, but when 7 of us came at 8.15 pm (closing time is 10pm, far from their closing time) they are not even willing to open up the restnof the restaurant for us. They are not considerate of customers.

Food is good but floor staff service could be improved. Very slow service. Had to wait more than 10minutes before we got our first order. Also, we were served with the wrong order and they didn’t have the courtesy to apologize 😕

The food and drink I ordered are good. Staff forgot to key in the food I ordered so after all other people finished eating and I also finished my coffee, I still didnt receive my food. Complained 2times. The staff did apologized when the food arrived and before I left. They have beautiful lake view. I will come again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40
