We have been coming to this location since it opened several years back, sometimes multiple times a week. We supported them with takeout orders through pandemic, referred or brought visitors and locals to support. However, in the last couple months we have seen unpleasant changes. It seems the quality of the chicken varies and can be very poor at times. In addition, they have opted to surcharge credit cards, increase menu prices and upcharge for everything. We realize everything is more costly but it is getting ridiculous. In addition, the last two times we came, the same waiter chose to argue with me, insistent that he was right. One time saying our table ordered 2 drinks when we had actually chosen one, switched and he forgot to mark the 1st off his notes. The 2nd time he argued that I had not been ordering a side ceaser salad in place of beans for $1 upcharge for the last several years. Ridiculous! Management needs to get it together. Where people choose to spend their money eating out will quickly change if this is how they are going to be. This is a pretty good location. I prefer the Asheville Papas a little more but this one is a great spot. The drinks were very good also Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything you see: two platers of delicious and fresh food, fantastic margarita, and giant mug of Modelo drought beer, all cheerfully served in minutes for $54 including tax before tip. Absolutely the BEST Mexican food I have ever had! Not even Mexican places in Texas can compare. Had the Shrimp Loco and was so good I didn't want to stop eating it, but got fill... husband had the Chori Pollo, and he'd said it was the best he has had as well. My favorite restaurant. The food is always great with such generous portions that we're always taking home leftovers. The staff are friendly and the drinks are good. Great parking,clean restrooms,are waitress was Awesome ,knowledgeable,funny and professional. I had ignited Jose Cuervo Gold Fajitas it was terrific came flaming to the table everything was delicious.My wife had a great pork dish very tender pork.great draft beer selections, great prices. Second time eating here in a week .

This was by far my worst visit to this establishment but not the only bad one. The service and food is horrible at best. This visit started with the chips. They were burnt and the bean dip was nasty. Then after our food that we ordered finally showed up I glanced over at my cousins plate and noticed that not only did they not properly prepare food but they didn’t even take the time to remove the stickers. After seeing this we still tried shrugging it off because we were hungry. While we’re eating we ran out of drinks. No problem right? Wrong. We waited for 10 minutes and no waitress, so when a guy that was cleaning finally came and took some of our plates we asked if he could get our waitress. He said he would, but he didn’t he just walked back over to where he was mopping. After another 5-10 minutes my cousin went to look for our waitress. He found her finally and after getting refills we finished our meal. This wasn’t the end of our experience since he got food poisoning and ended up in the ER. Like I said not our first bad experience since last time we ate here both us and our food was sprinkled with water while a boy was mopping next to us and slinging dirty water everywhere. That day we just left and never finished our meal. We were compensated that day but we won’t be back after this time. Sorry for such a long review but customers need to know what they are getting.
