I ordered bread sticks and asked for cheese sauce and they gave me Italian sauce or something it was gross!!! This was last week today I bought xl pizza 3x the cheese and they gave me light cheese do not eat here 7nless you want something wrong with your food. And I do not recommend this place to no one !!!!

Twice now they have messed my order. I'm not even ordering anything special, I literally pick right off thier menu and click add and some how they messed up the same item on 2 different occasions. First time I tired to call to get it fixed and some Call Center had to transfer me to the local store even though I called the local number. From there the Manager said next time I order the cost of the item would be on them. Guess what, next time we ordered, they had no idea who I was or why I was asking about said credit this brings us to today. I order the same thing as before not even thinking and boom, same issues. Not even wasting time trying to get it fixed. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

WOW..... first time ordering from here..... somebody took a bite of the pepper.... the pizza was trashed... the cheese on the cheese pizza looks like somebody ran their finger through it.... disgusting....

Dirty. And the GM has no idea how to run a business or treat her employees not to mention that she also doesn’t know how to treat customers. She accuses people of doing things that they haven’t done and honestly she’s going to cause papa johns to get sued. Especially when you accuse someone of stealing then come to find out they never stole. And nothing was made right about it. The delivery drivers drive like they stole the vehicles they’re in and one of them is driving a vehicle with handicap tags but flies through papa johns parking lot almost hitting customers. Nobody is allowed to call off sick, you are expected to come in and work with no mask, no gloves and nobody caring if anyone washes their hands. Called to order food, the person who answered sounded like death. I hung up and ordered elsewhere. Im not letting nobody sick fix my food period. They should be lucky nobody calls the health department on them, because I thought about doing it a couple times.

Just Ordered a pizza and it was under cooked with Translucent layer going down the entire side of the pizza. Also the other night I ordered online and walked into the store to pick up my pizza and when I got to the car I realized it wasn't the pizza I ordered. From the under cooked food to messing up orders this place has gone down hill. If the cook doesn't know how to properly cook a pizza then you would think they would hire someone that knows what there doing Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I gave him a one because there's not a negative star that I can give them I called and placed an order waited 45 minutes called back and they didn't even have my order in the system they said and then the manager said it was going to be another hour at least before she could get it to me what kind of business is that. That is very very poor customer service don't never have to worry about me ordering from again

First time ordering pizza for this location and will be the last. This is the worst pizza I've had. They only got half my order correct and the pizza tasted like garbage. I should have read the reviews before ordering here because this seems like a common trend for this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
