I ordered a pizza and some garlic knots. Garlic knots are my wife's favorite. I put it on the counter expecting her to say some variation of omg thanks. She never said anything so I opened up the garlic knots to try and offer her some. It was pizza crust tied up, with some plastic cup sauce. We both hated it. The pizza was mid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE HIGH PRICE LITTLE FOOD,,,,order on line for delivery, the amount of food you gave me in the chicken alfredo was PATHETIC. not to mention it was late and I had to stand in the freaking cold waiting for it to be delivered not by papa John's , but door dash,. Super bummed. When papa johns opened in post falls I was thrilled. I grew up loving the papa johns missoula location. The quality of the pizza at this location is not good, and last time we ordered there was a couple hairs on my pizza, so that was our final straw. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I got a 14" custom pizza with extra sauce, green peppers, onion, pepperoni and spicy sausage and let me tell you how amazing the flavor was. It was absolutely delicious and gourmet. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY, cut properly and there were equal amounts of toppings on each slice. The toppings and sauce were delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. Lack of toppings is just one problem ( I had hair on my pizza once..)..In a perfect pizza world when you order. a 5 topping pizza it shouldn't have the toppings so sparsely placed you feel like you're eating a cheese pizza..Kind of chincy..The prices are still a bit on the steep side, but their rewards program makes up for it some, as well as the coupons...BUT if you're only going to put a small amount of toppings on it, you shouldn't charge the high prices..When they moved in I was happy for good pizza..A few months later, and quality has gone to hell... UPDATE: 2 So, I gave Papa Johns another try.. I got my pizza late, mostly because the driver couldn't find my condo, no big deal. The toppings were sparse, not evened out at all. The only good thing is that the Jalapeno poppers wee decent. Again and done.. Sorry Papa Johns. You should get a new owner. Pronto. UPDATE: 3 This was the third attempt, and i actually enjoyed the pizza. However as I have stated before, they're sparse on toppings. Though this time there was enough to cover the entire pizza. No that doesn't mean it is like what it once was in the very beginning like 5 or so years ago, but it is an improvement. we went from 1 star to 3.

I love the pizza but since they use DoorDash to deliver you don’t get notified when they drop the pizza on the porch so it sits out and gets cold. Today I even left a note in the door asking them to knock....nope!! Pizza sat in below freezing weather for who knows how long before I checked. Cold pizza on New Years is not what I was planning for!

4 large pizzas delivered. I ordered online direct from Papa John's. Order arrived an hour and a half after ordering, the email said expect it in about 40 minutes. Pizza was barely warm, we had to reheat to eat. DoorDash delivered the order even though I didn't order through DoorDash. Pick up your orders from here, the pizza is good. We generally like Papa Johns, but this particular franchise location has terrible customer service. Orders take much longer to prepare than the expected turn-around time. My app expected the order should be ready in 30-45 minutes. I showed up 60 minutes later to pick up my delivery and I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes with no apologies. Also, from an employee's grubby & rude school age child working there, to employees with long, loose hair and beards, no hair nets, I don't feel this is the cleanest restaurant. I try to be understanding with things but I have had this experience with previous orders from this location.This Papa Johns needs to get it together. For future pizza orders we will be going with local competitors. Service Take out Price per person $30–50

Food is pretty good for a chain pizza joint. Recent speed and service much better. This place had previously landed on my naughty list for slow service from staff that didn't give a rat's rear end. Paid extra for five toppings, one of them being spinach on a large thin crust pizza. There were only 10 spinach leaves on the entire pizza that were crisp and burnt… All the other toppings were extremely sparse as well. When I received the pizza, the crust was mushy.
