Staff rude and very unprofessional. Told cashier the girls 2 long pigtails were literally dipping in the toppings containers as she was making food. Rather then addressing issue immediately he said he would let her know in a minute. I canceled my order and left. Watched from my car as he told her they laughed. Did my shopping at Walmart came back 20 mins later to to see her hair still down and going in the food. Apparently cleanliness and food borne illnesses are a joke to staff here. STAY AWAY!!! This place is ran by a bunch of god damn fools. Answer this… If I’m ordering your large supreme special and only want cheese on half how hard is that? You guys say you can’t modify a special. Really. it’s just F-ing cheese that would already be on the entire damn pizza anyways…. You just don’t put the supreme on one half duh. . Guess common sense isn’t so common anymore. So because you're a bunch of damn idiots I ordered my pizza from Pizza Hut instead. This papa John’s sucks. Steer clear. Service Delivery Service: 1

I mentioned my pizza being cold when I went to pick up. The young man with glasses working offered to make it again and was very polite. The pizza came out so quick, great customer service! Food: 5 Service: 5

Bought the new Papa bowls they are not worth the money they’re not even half full like the pictures. They just have a small amount covering the bottom, with sauce and some items not even enough for two people. And put it in this big plastic pan and then put it in a pizza box and seal it you don’t see what they actually give you until you get home. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

This store a week ago delivered our two pizza order long after the delivery window. I thought the kids were going to eat us alive. I raised my concerns via the website. A week later, I contacted the manager of the store and they delivered the same order from the week before and it was delivered without delay. We appreciate this store making it right! Big fans.

Purchased pizzas and they were never delivered to our address. Called and spoke to the manager and she informed us that they now work with Doordash. Then she proceeded to aske if I checked outside on the ground. First off why would I want a pizza thats been left on the ground??? So, I told her the tracker said that it was delivered but I still have no pizza. I asked for a refund but she insisted on just redelivering the order. We said no and asked for her to refund us. 2 hours later hear a knock on the door and its my neighbor asking if we ordered pizzas......the Amazon man knocked on their door and let them know they had pizzas sitting on the ground. Only in this new ran America do we have over entitled people who work at these jobs and don't even do the right thing but then complain about Wages and/or tips. So, PapaJohns has lost a customer. Impressive service! Very well done. Called in a pick up it was perfect! It was still steaming hot when I took the 15min drive home to savoring every part of the pie!!!!! This place is the worst place an order it never shows you tried to call to get a status update they hang up on you call back to speak with the manager by pressing option 5 and they hang up on you again the worst customer service out of Papa John's by far Service: 1

Papa John's usually makes excellent pizza's. First of all the driver was great, no complaints there. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza's. and I ordered 2x extra cheese and that was ignored and several areas on the pizza was bare. What bothers me is the exorbitant cost for additional cheese. They will not correct this issue or have ever responded just collected the money. Update: same thing happened yesterday, 5/26/23, no extra cheese. Extra cheese may be subjective, but If ordered and paid for it, I feel the whole pizza should be covered without any bare spots. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
