DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with this location. Your order will not show up. Ordered a pizza through the app this morning at 10:30 am. Paid for the order, Springfield location acknowledged my order, but my order never came. When I called their location the automated system said they were closed when their website and storefront say they’re open. Service: 1

I grew up with this pizza place and I love that the place has never went down hill. In fact, it has gotten better and better every year. There's even one particular employee who is always so wonderful and wholesome that I always feel a sense of incredible joy every time she delivers my order to me. She's always going above and beyond and the smile on her face is always something I look forward to when I order pizza from here.

Ordered online and it was assigned to this location. Took an hour and a half, in the process of delivery the guy calls and says they dont deliver to my area and to call another location. Despite the order beign assigned to them by the website, despite being less than 2 miles away the refused to come and they waited nearly 2 hours and after it was already in route to decide this so even though i ordered by 8 i didnt get a pizza till after 11. You all use to have good customer service. This used to be a 5 star review. You used to be chill about not charging for extra sauces. I used to tip when you would do that. Now you don’t, and now I don’t. Oh the good ole days…

Well apparently I need to read more carefully. I placed an order, picked it up and it was not what I expected. I called the store to fix the problem and they would not.
