This South BA Location of Papa John's is hands down the best in the Metro. I am always greeted with smiles and hellos. Everyone from the manager to the cooks seems to go out of their way to ensure my pizzas are made perfectly. Thanks Tasha! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bad experience. Delivered cold black olive only wrong pizza. Was told correct order was on its way 21/2 hrs later still didn't have. Was told wouldn't be charged. Lied still charged me. Driver said tip wasn't included I included online. So added another tip. Found out was charged for both tips..2 hrs 45min showed up with order I told them I didn't want any longer and a lg pepperoni which I never wanted or ordered. Was told to just keep anyway. So, I ordered pizzas through the app. Everything went great until the app showed delivered and I didn't have my pizzas. I called the store and was helped by Kimberly. She was great, she was patient and even when I realized I had put an old address and not my right address, they called the driver and the driver got to me. Her name was Diane and she was also wonderful. They were very kind and helped me very professionally! Many thanks to the Papa John's team at this location! Always consistently delicious. Love the sauce. Love the Garlic Butter and the mildly Hot Peppers that come with your order. For chain pizza, it does not get better. first time we've eaten pizza from Papa John's. The family really enjoyed it. While we only had pepperoni and cheese, everyone agreed it was good. We like this Papa John's location...only downside is that they will sometimes quote the wrong amount of time then you're left sitting in a very awkward waiting area. The pizza didn't have the flavor that Papa John's pizza usually has. It didn't taste bad. But it definitely wasn't as good as normal. Whoever made the pizza needs to learn about topping placement, because the toppings were pretty much just tossed in the center of the pizza.
