We ordered a large pizza & large steak & cheese on the app at 5:47pm with a scheduled pickup of 6:20. I arrived at 6:18 and gave my name and was told “We just need to finish the Steak & Cheese. Would be a couple of minutes”. Ayer being told it would be a couple of minutes a few more times, I saw the guy at the grill start making a steak & cheese. They brought it out with my pizza that had been in the warmer for the past 20 minutes. I left with our food at 6:47 while my wife sat in the car the whole time. Not a good experience. Ordered online 3 days ago for a large order pickup today. Didn't even start making it till I got there. Took my money 3 days ago though. This isn't how online ordering works. If you take the order and payment, have it ready when promised. Also the woman who appears to be a manager is rude to everyone. Customers and employees. Serious training is needed at this location. You should never yell at anyone in this environment. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

First and foremost the subs are fantastic. Never had a bad meal from here. They have definetly gone way up in prices tho. A medium steak and cheese with extra cheese for $15??? That's a little out of control. It's a good sandwich but it sure as hell ain't that good. As good as it is, I'll probably choose other places more.

I love papa ginos and we frequent this location. But this is the worst pizza we have had. It was so small (ordered a large) dough wasn't stretched enough and the sauce cheese ratio was awful. I don't know if it is because it is now a sub place also but don't think I want to even go back. Very inconsistent! Plus they took alot longer than the quoted time to pick up. I used to go to D’Angelos all the time had my heart set on getting a steak #9 walked in and no one was taking orders and nobody was giving out to go orders. I used to go to this papa Gino and I stopped cause they were too slow and I figured I would try it again cause they had D’Angelos and maybe new owners something like that .No worsened So I guess I will just give business elsewhere. I've been eating here since I was a kid, the pizza is unique and tasteful, the Dining Room has a Very comfortable atmosphere, and is kept neat and tidy, delivery is always on point, and the hosts and hostesses are very friendly and polite.. only negative is it's a bit pricey, but hey inflation right?
