Ordered takeout for two appetizers and waited 45 minutes for it. I was told they would bring it to me when it was ready. Mind you I was sitting right at the bar so it's not like I was out of sight. I asked how much longer and they brought it out immediately however it was cold. I would normally ask for a refund however I'm starving and just finished a 9 hour shift so I just took it and left. I'll warm it up at home. Seems like their priority is the seated guests doing dine in even though I left a tip prior to even getting my food. It wasn't even that busy. No one bothered to even check on me while I sat there for 40 minutes looking silly. I literally live less than 5 mins away. The pics I took are right after I got my food. I won't be doing takeout or dine in here again. Very disappointed as I came here with my fiancé before and had a good experience during dine in. Pay more attention to all of your guests. No one wants to eat cold take out especially when they waited inside for their order. My food is and even looks cold. So disappointed. Also asked for extra salsa and sour cream. Didn't receive it. If you plan on picking up your food from the restaurant, don't order online from their website unless you want to be charged a lot more than if you call in. Call them over the phone to place an order instead. Take a look at their posted menu prices and the prices they charge via online ordering and you'll see they are different prices. Nowhere on their site do they say their online system is powered by DoorDash and that you will be charged more for the same food. What a rip off!
