I came to this location to get soup for my girlfriend who was sick at home. My app said that the food was ready, but I couldn’t see it in any of the designated pick-up locations. I decided that maybe the food just wasn’t out yet and waited. I sat there for around 10 minutes before asking an employee out front about the order. He told me they mark it complete early sometimes and I just need to wait. He then decided to go back and check himself. He returned with the food saying that it was ready, but it was just in the wrong spot. On top of all of this, I made it home only to find that I was missing the soup that I came there for. Mind you, this is a franchise location, so if something is wrong with your order you can suffer through customer support only to be told that the owner will reach out to you and they never do. This location needs some real maintenance cleaning some nice people there but not most are great from a service level. Not worth the price except for breakfast. Most Paneras are great for a good reasonable breakfast & baked goods. This store I worry about the State of the kitchen. This place is almost a bigger joke than a Goose Creek Dunkin donuts. 50 minute wait until I finally pulled out, if you value your time I strongly recommend not going here

Always happy with the service here love that they have an area to sit outside.I had the Autumn squash soup it was delicious as always and the Fiji apple salad with chicken. 3/5/22 Just had the salad this time nice size filled me up for sure. Muffin and coffee good. It's 48 degrees outside, store is cold inside, guessing maybe 62 inside, not comfortable, kept coat on. Bathroom sink dirty, no paper towels. Pretty good but sandwiches should have more meat. Soup needs to be larger portion. Sandwich choices, to me, limited. Clean facilities and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and fixed as ordered.
