Have been a customer at Panera for years, never had a bad experience until today. I know everyone makes mistakes but this made me very disappointed. I ordered a chipotle avocado melt and there was no avocado on my sandwich. My boyfriend ordered the pepperoni mozzarella melt and there was no mozzarella. We were suppose to get 2 bags of chips and 2 baguettes, didn’t receive any. Very disappointed, too many mistakes for one order. Paying $40.72 for this was a mistake today. Don’t buy the “order ahead and skip the line” pitch. I just waited 40min for an online order while I stood and watched everyone who walked in and ordered at the counter get served first. After I received my order, I had to run because I was late from the wait. When I opened my caprese chicken sandwich later, I found there was no chicken. Called the restaurant (it was after 1pm by this point) and asked if I could be credited or something. The associate told me to call back in an hour because the manager was busy. I said I can’t call in an hour because I have to work and asked when I might catch the manager by phone this evening. I was told “whenever”… just not right now. Got it. The associate was polite, but couldn’t really help me. The food used to be a lot tastier and not as pricey, but lately the overall quality is lower and the prices higher. It’s not the worst, but it’s strongly mediocre. (I haven’t had this kind of experience at the Westside location, so maybe give that one a try if you’re in a Panera mood.) Waited in the drive through for 15mins on a Friday at 2:30pm, no other cars ahead of me. I could see into the store from the window and there were atleast 6 employees just chatting and picking around. One girl was throwing cups on the floor. Finally our food came out and the girl at the window couldn't even finish joking around long enough for me to say "Thank you". Not to mention my order 100% wrong. I order two different whole sandwiches and got 4 half of the same sandwich. But was charged for the correct order which was more expensive than the 4 half were. Slow on to go orders, only one table was occupied with two people who already had their food. Waited a bit at the pick up counter and wasn’t acknowledged as well as the screen wasn’t updated status wise on the order I was waiting on. Finally like 10 mins later I was acknowledged and asked if I was waiting on a cup. My response was “no, waiting on an order” only to be told “ok” as she goes back to cleaning up another 6 mins pass and I was finally given the food. For half a sandwich and a baguette half I don’t feel it should’ve taken that long.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time ever going inside a Panera yesterday. Had a good many patrons inside enjoying a Sunday lunch. Clean location. No one in line when I went inside - girl came up to my order, asked a few questions & I waited for my salad. When I got my salad, the croutons were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Which was a bummer. I just wasn't happy with my lunch 😕 Not giving them a horrible review - just not much to "recommend" from my visit yesterday. We wanted to stop by and just grab a quick breakfast. We used the drive thru, and it took us 15 minutes waiting in line to order. When we ordered our food the cashier was unfriendly, and rushed our order. We got to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes before anyone said hello to us. All we ordered was two bagels, and a coffee. The coffee was luke warm, and was absolutely awful. We do understand that everyone is short staffed right now and they do try there best but the wait time, and being unkind is just awful. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1

Went to the drive through and sat for a while without anyone saying anything. Drove to the window and no one was there either. Went in and asked what was up and they found whoever was doing drive through was somewhere not there. Got my order, got home and it didn't taste right. I have come here plenty of times and the majority of the time it has been a perfect experience, whether dining in or carrying out. Their staff always seems to be friendly and caring, the food quality is exceptional, and the inside seating is always clean. This is definitely one of my go-to's in the area. This Panera has gone down hill and over priced!! This Panera has really gone down hill!! It’s super overpriced and are always out of everything. When we got home I discovered my pepperoni mozzarella melt had no sauce, my kids and wife’s grilled cheese were on burnt hamburger buns, they had no cookies and no extra baguette bread. And after all that the meal was $58!! The lady at the drive thru was nice, but the product they are selling isn’t even what I paid for!
