I have come here often. Never again. After waiting 20 minutes for our dine in order, I inquired at the window. A girl put a to go bag up and kept calling a name (not mine). She asked me what my order was. I told her. She told me that was mine. I said mine is dine in, plus one thing was missing and one thing was wrong. So all this sends me back up front where another high school girl is. I asked for the one who waited on me. Disappeared. The missing soup was not on my receipt. It was clearly ordered with a half sandwich. This one gets testy. She walks off. I take one step forward to speak to her about things and she’s telling me to step back .. step back!! So I just went and sat down and we began eating what we had, minus two things. I was livid. Manager came looking around. I did not care to go through it all again. Finished and left all my stuff on the table. My advance tip (also a problem with many customers) can cover that. I’m a senior citizen, and to be jerked around by untrained workers is rude. Very rude. Don't tell me what they get paid. I’ve done these jobs. But I did them with respect. I will not be back to this location ever. Sadly, no one will care. Food: 2 Service: 1

I'm at an absolute loss with this place. I have gone to the Hurst location 5 times in the last 6 months. Of those 5 times, only once did they have bread. ONE TIME. The name of the place is Panera BREAD. You can't run out of bread at 7:15pm when you're open until 9:30pm if your name is Panera BREAD. Not once mind you, 4 out of 5 times they've run out of bread before the dinner hour was over. Imagine Chick-fil-a running out of chicken, or Pizza Hut running out of pizza. I cannot in good conscience ever spend another dollar here. Too many chances, too many fails. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I've given this location way too many chances because they are closest to where I live, but they have disappointed me for the last time. They always mess up my order, make unauthorized substitutions, and provide lackluster service. Even the managers seem to be irritated and short with customers. The cashier lied. The overcharged us majorly. Very disappointed. We got the smallest cups and they charged us for a medium water. The cashier told us the two sides were free then charged us. And also charged us for napkins! Never going back to Panera. The food was decent but not worth the price. Don’t get Vicki as the Cashier!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
