Last time I left a review for this Panera, it was really poor, it was worse than a bad experience and now I can say otherwise. I haven’t gone since my last review there until today, I ordered the same flatbread pizza I did last time and it’s great. The girls working there were helpful and kind, my food is fresh, tasty and it was out quickly. I’m glad with how it’s changed and happy to be able to return again with this experience! They shorted me on an entire meal. Gave me the wrong soup. The sandwiches were smashed. Failed to give me the side of sauce I asked for. To cap the experience, take a look at the kids meal for $7. Any of these things could have happened by themselves and I could give them a pass. Unfortunately Panera is pure trash. Especially this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a large mac and cheese, was given a HALF FULL small Mac. The girl who took my order was sweet but when I double checked my order before leaving I noticed I was given a small and not large. She had to go ask her manager if she could accommodate me, and the manager was rude and gave me a hard time. We love Panera Bread and they’re all over the USA. It’s usually our go to for daily coffee and teas since we have the membership. We’ve been to so many locations and they’re all mostly great experience. This location is somewhat quiet early on the day so you can sit and have a quiet time. Friendly staff. There’s the kiosk option if it’s busy or you prefer not to order with a staff. We mostly do Mobil orders. I would have given them a 5 but there’s not much vegan options. Ordered 1/2 steak sandwich and 1 chicken salad sandwich 1 small Ceasars salad and 1 drink. $33 before tip. Very little meat and not much else on sandwich. Would have left tip at table but ? If you are going to charge that much at least make it memorable. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not one thing about the order was correct, asked the staff several times as they were clearly struggling with it, completely normal order off their menu no changes to the items. We ordered two wraps and two breakfast sandwiches, each completely wrong and one had the wrapper inside the sandwich...see the photos. Credit/debit card machine didn't work or staff were unsure of how to use it, coffee size and creamer weren't right. Very disappointing, will be returning the sandwich with disgusting wrapper back to you. Will not be a place we return too and definitely don't recommend.

Service is always extremely slow at any Panera, but it was even slower because they were out of so many things and the cashier didn't know much about the menu. So, she couldn't answer the customer's questions and had to keep walking to the back to get answers... Also, the ice machine is broken. So, the customers have to ask the people in the back to get them ice (which, I'm sure, delays the orders even more). Just an overall bad experience today. Pretty disappointing. Honestly can't believe how expensive this place (Panera as a whole) has gotten. I used to be able to get a "you pick two" for under 10$ total, with drink under $15 total. A cup of the Mac was $8 and a sandwich, which I could only get a whole of, was $14. The half tuna salad was $8. It used to be about $4.69 for the half sandwich and $3/$4 for the cup of Mac. The ice machine was down which they don't let customers know at the check out so you buy a drink and then have to have it warm which I think was pretty bad customer service. All in all, I love Panera's Mac and cheese but I found a great dupe recipe to make it at home and don't need to give my money to this greedy corporation anymore which I'm happy about.
