Great Panera! Their drink machine is updated and plenty of kiosks to order from. Open view of their fresh bakery items was nice. This was the brightest and cleanest Panera I’ve been to-I’m a sips club member so I go to a lot of them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff is friendly and polite. The place is clean. They did a good job preparing the bagels that I got for breakfast but then when we went back for lunch and I ordered Fuji Apple Salad with chicken, I was disappointed. There was barely chicken in there! There were probably 2-3 small pieces of chicken in my salad. Panera bread needs to reconsider how they serve food!! Giving a 3 star because they weren’t done when the order would be done, and I was on a time crunch. When I got the order to the office none of the sandwiches were labeled as you can see. There were no plates, and not enough utensils for everyone. Made it slightly difficult when had to go back out and get some. If you place a catering order make sure to double check the whole order before leaving. What made it worse couldn’t take it back to location as it was 20 minutes away from where I was taking it to. We visited January 16th. Food tasted good. Nice and hot. Just wish their You Pick Twos were more affordable. I ordered a value duet (Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich with Chicken & Wild Rice Soup), and my friend ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza.
