Was able to get my food quickly. The Kung Poa Chicken with fried rice was delicious and had a nice spice to it! It was prepared very well, and was the perfect lunch to satiate hunger! The staff and manager was very professional and ensured I got what I wanted, while ALSO warning me of my selection if being a peanut allergy. We arrived 15 minutes before the Lobby closed and the staff was more than willing to service us and had great attitudes during our visit. I would recommend this place. Cashier was very patient, pleasant, informative as I chose my order. Food was "meh" at best. Was not fresh but that I can live with. One of my entrées was so bland I could not finish it. I will not return to this location and may not ever eat Panda again. There are better quality Asian cuisine restaurants out there with way more to choose from. Don’t eat here!!!!!! After waiting 10min in the drive thru, I’m pretty sure they gave me food poisoning. I ate at Panda Express in Mineral Wells, Tx yesterday (01/14/24) and all day today I have been throwing up and had an upset stomach. The only reason for this that I can think of was that the food I received was not fresh. I got a plate with fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I used to enjoy Panda Express, but now I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be able to stomach it ever again. Don’t waste your money. Update: Reached out to corporate about this incident on 11/11 and as of 11/17 no one has reached out. Ordered through the app for pick up as always. Waited in drive thru 17 minutes.(that really wasn’t an issue). No one came on the speaker after 3/4 minutes so pulled forward to wait. (Only four cars ahead) Get to the window and wait 2/3 minutes before someone appears. I tell the young lady I’d like to pick up my online order that I placed through the app. I was told I had to go inside to pick up. (We’ve always picked up through the drive thru) I asked when did you guys start doing this and that should be in the app. She said we can’t clog the drive thru. I asked for the manager and was told I’d have to wait until tomorrow. Ok, then I’d like a refund because at this point it’s been 21 minutes waiting. You’ll have to come back tomorrow when they’re here. She completely refused to give us our order. Wow! Really hate this because we love going here!!! What happened to customer service?! This is my second visit here. My 1st visit was through the drive through. I parked walked in and got a refund. Old food was served to me. This visit was right 11:45 C lunch time… what could go wrong, right?? A new bowl of orange chicken was dropped in the serve station as I stood there!! I was so excited because that’s what I order!! Sat down took a bite and to my disbelief the chicken was barely warm. It’s clear that the food is cooked well in advance and that would be fine if it was kept hot some how, but it’s not. Service is great dining room was clean. This store needs a manager that understands how to manage a fast food service establishment. Look at what and how much you serve at what times of the day and cook as needed. It’s not that hard to figure out. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Giving 5 stars because although my order was messed up they had the replacement pretty much ready by the time I got back to the restaurant. Staff are great and friendly and helpful. Small mix up but I still got the correct order with no issues. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
