This place is hit or miss. One day you will have a flawless experience and the next they will either totally forget to get something or barely give you anything. Definitely check your order before you drive off. Unfortunately the trend is getting worse. The latest reviews seem to be similar to mine. They are giving you a worse quality product, skimping on the normal portions, or simply forgetting to give you something. Notice the lack of beef in my broccoli beef. I went through the drive through at 6:20pm Jan 20th and not only was the young Hispanic guy at the drive through rude and had a really bad attitude problem but then I get home only to realize he put literally 5 pieces of kung pao. This happens to be a very frequent problem every single time I go through drive through do better or lower the prices if you’re only giving half portions. Also the faces at front matter put friendly people at front and the rude ones in the back if they don’t feel like working. We’re paying for the food it’s not free. I’m so sick of getting less every time I come here. Not even joking, just ordered honey walnut shrimp and noodles and got literally 2 walnuts. I hope this reaches a manager or something because this is really upsetting.

Food was overcooked, noodles tasted very soggy and gross. Very underwhelming with the food quality, we won’t be eating at this location against Someone puked by the trash cans inside and it wasn’t cleaned up for 20 minutes. Very disappointing. Come on in and sit in our freezing cold dirty lobby. Maybe they should pay their heart bill. Even the cooks were wearing coats. It's 9° outside and maybe 50° inside. It would be nice if they could wipe off the tables too, especially during a pandemic. Every table was dirty. Napkins are always a nice option. The mens bathroom was out of order so there was a very long wait for the women's bathroom. The food was good though. I do prefer a clean, warm inviting environment. The employees were AMAZING! There was an elderly couple and they helped them to their table with the food and then got their drinks for them! ❤️❤️. They checked on them during their meal to make sure they were ok. Came on 10/27 @ 4:30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location has great service and has never been out of what I wanted to order, as other locations often are. You know what you're signing up for with Panda, and this location never disappoints. 9.27.21 Ordered double broccoli beef, broccolis so old it's yellow and tastes off/sweet, in two servings of broccoli beef I received 3 pieces of steak. The double drive through is never open, even during rush hour, and it takes 9-10+ minutes for anyone to take an order because they're helping customers inside.
