My wife and I go to this Panda Express a couple of times a month. The food is fresh and prepared well. We usually get Super Greens with our meal. When they are low on them, they make a fresh batch right away. The manager we see most frequently is Jaden. He is friendly, humourous, and welcoming each time we see him there. He has always thanked us for coming in. His warmth and attention to order details is why we generally come to this location over other locations in the area.

The food is usually decent, and there aren't many options around here ... that's why we keep going back! The team members are usually nice but they lack personality and most of them don't even seem to like their job. The atmosphere is typically hectic because they stay so busy and clearly short staffed.

The food is constantly fresh, hot and delicious. The kids love the orange chicken!

I should have looked at the reviews for this place before I stopped in. For the record, I love panda express! They serve terrific food with little to no weight and their service is always exceptional… Except for this time. I had a 5 to 6 minute wait before my order was even taken at the drive-through. Once my order was taken, they told me it would be at least seven minutes before they had teriyaki chicken ready. I mean, this is their job to have a hot table full of food ready to go, how can they so consistently miss that? It’s particularly frustrating when the person taking my order wants to make it my fault for ordering what I want. I’m not sure if anyone from the panda express corporation Looks at these reviews, but for the love of all things, holy, please fix this restaurant, they are damaging your brand!

I’ve never had a terrible experience here until last night. i have not been able to leave the bathroom due to food poisoning. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so it’s been narrowed down to this establishment, and it wasn’t just me. I think i have ptsd now and don’t want to go back lol. Going to contact health department.

You have to check your order before you leave because they cant seem to get it right and when you call to let them know about it they apologize. And put your name on a list however when you go in to get your items the girls just walks around with her clip board acts like your lieing. Thanks for nothing. The spring rolls were 2 dollars. Hope you enjoy your tip.

This restaurant is hit and miss, tonight it was a huge miss. First the employees ignored us for at least 5 minutes, second most of the food was out (they were burning up more, pretty sure beef and broccoli isn’t black and crunchy). When we finally received our food (20 minutes later) it tasted burnt. Just a bad experience overall.

I know fast food in general is bad for you, but the food from this place is HORRIBLE. It's not the peoples fault who work there, I'm not blaming them at all. But something about the food itself really does a number on my stomach. Probably because it's too greasy. The chow mein is really bad. I've been in serious discomfort for two days after eating the walnut shrimp from there. Seriously, never again. Awful.

Waited 15 mins for Beijing beef and sweet fire because they’re out. No problem it will be fresh. Get my meal and get home and both fried rice are burnt that the scraped the bottom of the pan. Just looking at it how could you serve rice like that to a customer.

I placed a mobile order for 2 plates 20 minutes ago and came into the drive through to pick it up. Lady was very rude over the speaker and said I needed to come in to get my food. The drive thru line was long, so I had to wait in line in order to pull around to go inside. Once I’m inside I wait an additional 10 minutes while I watched all the cars that were behind me in drive thru get their food and leave. Why even order in advance? Also, why hire people who are terrible at customer service and put them in the window to interact with customers? 0/10 experience, I do not recommend this location.
