Chinese fast food served as what they have cooked and ready. Sometimes you go in and have to wait for your favorite entree to finish cooking as they're a popular place that sometimes has trouble keeping up with demand. I usually go a couple times a week. Most of the time they have what you want ready. For a quick meal on the run they're very convenient and tasty. We walked in at 8:46 pm on a Thursday. E haven’t been in a while… kiddos were excited! The gentleman working there told us they close in 15 minutes and all we can order is what’s out (which wasn’t much). We said, the door says y’all close at 9:30. Do y’all close at 9:30? He said the drive thru closes at 9:30 (ummmmm… okay…🤔), and it’s only what’s out that we can order from. Now, I know the workers want to get home, but 45 minutes earlier than you close you’re already shutting down the line? Oh, and telling us you close 30 minutes earlier than you actually do. That’s unacceptable. Just change the hours to close at 9 if that’s what you want to happen, but don’t stop making food 45 minutes before you close. Even if the inside closes at 9, he said that we can still only order what’s out, so is going through the drive thru different? I didn’t have the energy to debate and try to understand further. There's always something I order not available, and I am always missing something I pay for and have to turn around for it. Customer service is okay, but really erks when portions are half of every other panda locations and sweet tea was basically water. I enjoy Panda wish this location would get it together. I went thru the drive thru ordered orange chicken and chicken breast green beans both with fried rice. The woman let me know it'll be 7 mins for the chicken. Im okay with waiting because at least i know it would be fresh. I get to the window and paid, the woman tells me to park. I had to ask for my receipt which she seemed hesitant to give me. As soon as I parked my food was brought out. I get all the way home and my rice is not even done! It's really hard and clumped together. I tried to force myself to eat it but I just couldn't. I drive all the way back and started to feel sick. I wanted a refund! The manager "Laide" refused to give me a refund. "Only I can replace your order" why am I being forced to eat something I don't want?!?. This is my 3x with bad experiences here. I won't be back

I accidentally placed an order for pick up instead of delivery, so I called to change it. They were rude and said that I needed to reorder it. I did and asked for a receipt. When the order got here, the fried rice was lo mein, the food smelled like a chain smoker blew cigarette smoke on it and there was no receipt. I guess they can't read. Our experience: My boyfriend stopped here to grab something healthy to eat on his lunch break and left highly disgusted and disappointed. To both of our surprise, we recognized how cheap this location is with the way they serve food. The picture shown is what the $9 bowl looked like once he opened it and he could not return it because he had already left. There are barely any veggies or shrimp in this bowl. This bowl looks rushed, extremely below expectations, second-rate, and not appeasing. This was the first bad experience at this location and will most definitely be the last because he will never return to this location again. I think corporate needs to revisit their philosophy with this location because this experience didn't align with it.

I rarely ever do reviews but this was ridiculous. I went through the drive through and ordered a simple plate to which they told me one of my items was going to be a 7 minute wait. So I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes just for them to say it is going to be another 10 minutes because they suddenly ran out of the other item on my order. When I went inside to ask for a refund they said they “don’t have a refund button” and that it is “physically impossible” to give me my money back. Most of the items that are available weren't out. The food tasted old and stale. Gross. This is the 2nd time for this location. I guess the 2 star review from everyone is there for a reason. Panda is supposedly known for fresh fast food but not here.

horrible experience from yealey. had an attitude the entire time she was checking us out. kept muttering stuff under her breath, not the first time herself and other employees have been disrespectful. kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but nothing seems to change. management needs to take a look at the people they have running this place. I ordered a plate which includes 2 entrees and a side I literally got one slice of beef in my beef and broccoli. They take forever to greet you and say very little at the window to know that the transaction is complete and forget trying to call them as no one answers.
