They put the container on its side in the bag so all the sauce leaked all over the place. Serving sizes were way smaller then if I would have picked it up myself. The tray wasn't even full. Only about 75% full. They shorted me on chow mein and Beijing beef. Worst experience ever with this location. That's a bigger plate. Should be full. Food is usually great, but why do I bother ordering online thinking my food will be ready when it says. I showed up a few minutes before my food was supposed to be ready. Got a notification it was ready and still waited 20 minutes for it. Meanwhile 15-20 customer came and gone while I waited. Online ordering is pointless! The customer service and cleanliness is fine, but every time I come here the past couple months they give me the wrong food, or overcompensate with one dish because they were sparse with another. This particular time they gave me an abundance of an item I don’t like instead of an item I paid extra for. Again being sparse with the one entre I actually asked for. Anyone who’s been to this drive through knows it’s not an easy place to check your items before driving away. I’ll just go next door to Chinese sun from now on thank you. I am a panda express fan, and just like McDonald’s, the food at panda express is “consistent“. And that’s why I come here. I walked inside the restaurant, and there was no line in front of me and placed my order. No complaints, good selection as my photographs show. .. parking can be difficult even on a Sunday afternoon because the lineup for the takeout window coincides with the exit from the parking lot. So you can be blocked in exiting by the takeout line. Today, I noticed that that there were seven cars in line before the point where you place your takeout order. I love coming here, because your food lasts long refrigerated. It rocks when you get a nice full container, but You guys gave me only four honey walnut shrimp, at the price of an up charge it's ridiculous I get so little. Doesn’t matter if there busy or just opened they don’t have anything cooked or ready showed up at 10am when the open as advertised sat in silence in drive through only one there for 10 mins before leaving waste of my life I will never get back. Going to start off, the lady who helped us was very rude, didn't catch her name tag but she was shorter, she had an attitude like we were bothering her while ordering our food. The food itself was okay, but finding a chunk of plastic in it (that I almost swallowed), was not a highlight. I'm not sure I've ever had a bad dining experience at the Gateway location. The crew seemed to be overwhelmed with keeping up with orders this time though. I'm not a big fan of the chili crisp shrimp. It seems like it needs some garlic added to the dish as my order seemed to taste more like chili oil only. Which was probably just crushed chili marinated soy bean oil. But that's my taste bud request, as I enjoy heat and spice. Food is great, when they have it, as they are always out of food & also they get our orders wrong every time. They gave us a "free meal next time" offer & when we went to use it, they again were out of everything we wanted to order & on top of that, the girl was extremely rude. What is going on over there?
