I've been getting delivery from the restaurant since 2020 and I've been happy with my orders but the past three orders have not been good. They have forgotten my fortune cookies twice and the last order didn't have the fortune cookies and the wonton spring rolls and egg roll were all stale which is never happened before. I don't know if they have a new manager or what's going on but he's not going to have his job very long if he keeps this up. And what they offered me in compensation was not enough as far as I'm concerned. Coupons for a free small entree that I have to use in 2 months. Good is always good. Never have a problem when I go here. However, on this particular day I am massively disappointed by the customer service I received from the lady that took my order tonight. Short with me and seemed very annoyed. They were busy I understand but the tone is so very important. The young gentleman at the window was very nice, but I could tell he was overwhelmed. Honestly in the 10 years I have been coming here this put a foul taste in my mouth.
