I think the chicken was pre-made and heated before serving or just over cooked on the spot because it was dry that it was hard to cut. The sauce was too salty for my taste.
My partner had the shrimp pad thai which was okay but definitely not close to the original taste. The taste of coconut oil was overpowering the stir fry and it lacked acidity. The spring rolls were okay but overpriced. Overall this restaurant is overpriced with average tasting food. I think we ended up saying $45+ for three dishes and two drinks (one water and juice) The staff were friendly though and convenient location.

Not impressed. Limited Thai food and no alcohol free Thai drinks. Pad Thai was too sweet, Thai curry missed curry flavor. They tried adding 20% tip to the final bill ( pretty rude), which I removed.
Turns out my SO got sick afterwards 🤢

Such a cute spot with chill inside and outdoor seating. Wonderful service throughout dinner. I ordered the pad thai and absolutely loved it. Big portions. Also appreciated the wine menu here. 👍🏻

Excellent chic space to have breakfast lunch or dinner. We’ve been here three times now and are going back again. Pad Thai is so yummy and curry is very flavorful. This is a space for all ages including families. Good for IG photos.
I read another review that mentioned included gratuity, and yes they show you your subtotal plus suggested gratuity. (20%) But I don’t feel like it was a secret since they even circled it on the receipt. Just keep it in mind.
Our service was great and very sweet to our baby. The smoothies are beautiful and tasty, and it’s easy location to walk to.

We ate here on a whim & am really glad we found it.
Convenient spot, pretty ambience. The food was fresh & delicious.
I'm vegan, my son is vegetarian & my husband eats everything - we were all easily thrilled here!
Like everywhere in Tulum, we were pretty shocked at the total on the bill (high) - I don't feel that the value of any restaurant in Tulum matches the prices ... but we were overall thrilled with eating at Palo Santos and would return again.
Don't sleep on the summer or veggie rolls :)

This place was next to our hotel and it immediately grabbed our attention with it’s gorgeous design. We decided we would try the breakfast menu. I got fried eggs and my girlfriend got the scrambled eggs with spinach. Both options tasted pretty good. We also tried their cold brew with some oat milk on the side and it was probably one of the best ones we had in Tulum. It must be a relatively new spot judging from the amount of reviews it has and also from the fact that it was fairly quiet the two times we went there! Beautiful place though, try it out before it starts popping!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! It's the worst service I've ever received in any restaurant in the past 10 years of my life. AVOID THIS PLACE. DON'T RISK YOUR SANITY. The servers do not care about you.
1. We sat down and we were ignored for the first 15 minutes. We had to get up and get the menus ourselves. The waiters passed by us numerous times and just never acknowledged we were there.
2. I ordered Chicken curry and received the wrong dish. I told one server and he said he'd let the other know. I sat for over 15 minutes waiting. I finally had to pick up my dish and walk it to the back. Horrendous.
3. Then they tried to not show me the receipt, grab my credit card, and charge me for both dishes, the wrong one and the new one. I noticed and immediately asked for the receipt to review.
4. Then when they took off the dish of the receipt, they forced me to pay taxes and tip on the wrong ordered dish 🤬 . 20% Gratuity was forcibly included so they don't have any obligation to treat you well, they get their money either way.
5. I asked for a to-go box for my quesadillas and my curry. He brought one super small one NOT big enough for 2 dishes I pointed out. I asked for another and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me MORE more attitude.
CONCLUSION: FORCING A TIP WARRANTS BAD SERVICE, cuz it really doesn't matter to them.... you want waiters that woke up on the wrong side of the bed and ARE RUDE, this is the place!!. They are not nice and they don't care about you. They only work here to make money and their customer service is NEGATIVE STARS!!

Pad Thai was amazing! mango smoothies is legit cool fresher before going so it your day. Caramel frappe was delicious like Starbucks.

I am only in town for a few days but will go back. From the drinks, to the appetizer, to our meals, just incredible. Sampled the chicken on my brother's dish and rarely is chicken cooked so well. The rainbow wrap was fresh. My pad thai with shrimp was just incredible.
To top it off, the service was kind and the music selection of R&B soul was great.

I got the berry bliss smoothie, cappuccino with oat milk and avocado toast. Everything was really delicious, a bit pricy though. P.s. went back a second time to have the same meal for an early breakfast and it wasn't as good. They also added the 20% tip without telling. Next time I'm in Tulum I'm just gonna have the streetfood tbh cuz he prices are just ridic.
