Was so suprised how fast it was ready for pick up. The ordering online was simple fast and easy for my complex pizza order. Friendly staff- awesome service. On top of that, it’s a “mom/pop” place nice and close. Thanks again- we will be back! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5

First time to visit Palermo pizza. We tried the buffet for lunch. The place was freezing at 12:00 noon. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The pizza was not cooked long enough and the cheese was not melted. We said something to the staff and they said that they were sorry about that but didn’t ask if they could make us another pizza to replace the one that was undercooked. Very disappointed that the food was so poor in quality and they were ok with charging us full price for undercooked pizza. Just went to Palermo's Pizza in Sparta last night and OMG the pizza, bread bites and wings were amazing! The staff there was very friendly and we found out that they have a lunch buffet as well, we will definitely be back to check out the lunch buffet.
