Excellent. Paladin adds subtle tweaks to old favorites. The lentil soup is perfect on its own but the slivers of smoked beef kicks it up a notch, for better or worse. The beef medallion and puréed cauliflower dish is plated like an homage to Patrick Nagel but was perfectly cooked to order and tasty. The “millionaire” burger is huge but well seasoned. Their “marbled” burger isn’t much smaller but is one of the best you’ll have in town…Paladin offers the best brioche bun, IMO. The bun is spongy and fresh, and holds well despite the juiciness of the patty. Their bone marrow is also perfectly executed…grilled gelatinous goodness with slices of garlic and a side salsa dressing. Will definitely return to explore the rest of their menu!

New addition to the growing list of Atyrau restaurants. The menu is extensive, available in English, and covers a wide range of cuisine. Although the Central Asian menu options were not available during my visit. Had pumpkin soup with crab meat, followed by the Millionaire Burger (see video), which was rather tasty. The rest of the party weren’t entirely impressed with their dishes, and the restaurant tried to make amends with re-making the food or offering alternatives. Decor is very nice, and there’s a stage that presumably provides music later in the day. Ambience was fine - we were the only diners at the time. Относительно новое очень хорошое заведение с хорошей кухней и приветливым персоналом. Был несколько раз и порекомендовал бы - стэйки. Здесь они вкусные и порции нормальные. Мясо тут вкусное подают. Новый ресторан в городе. Интерьер с стиле восточный хай-тек. Микс восточной и европейской кухни, интересное меню. Хорошее обслуживание, в основном официанты парни. Приветливый персонал и администрация. Пришли на обед, очень быстро принесли наш заказ. Было очень вкусно. Рекомендую для посещения. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
