I am obsessed with Paddock & Whisky! My boss loves this place and I kept wanting to go but never making it...when I would pass by I assumed it was an Irish bar. It is totally unassuming. And then I went in and fell in love first with the aesthetics and ambiance. Then really enjoyed the drinks - love trying the weekly special. And by the third time I went I tried the food and fell even more in love. The fries are the best fries on earth with the sauce. These people even know how to make a veggie plate one of the best foods you will eat. It's soo good. Highly, highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing little whiskey bar! Went twice in one day. Left my wallet (or thought I had) and went back in the following morning to ask. Manager scoured the place and texted all the bartenders from the night before to check. Then called me to confirm they didn't locate it. Above and beyond! If you're ever in Charleston you have to check out Park Circle and Paddock & Whiskey!! Price per person $50–100

It was nice. Went on a Saturday for brunch. Food was good, service was a little stiff and quiet but they sure can make tasty cocktails. The bar doesn't have a foot rail which can make it uncomfortable to sit there for a while so maybe eat at a table. The whisky selection is impressive. The atmosphere was so nice and laid back and the decor and lighting added to that. The service was very good. I'm not a whiskey drinker but I tried it. I also got a hamburger fries and brussel sprouts that was very good. They also have whiskey tasting. I really enjoyed myself and will go back.

Dined here last weekend with some friends of mine. Instantly one of my new favorite places in Charleston. Easily the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Got a burger and it exceeded my expectations. I had one of the BEST Whiskey Sours here!!! It was made with Egg Whites and it was DELICIOUS!!! I love the ambiance and all. The decor is amazing and is an ENTIRE relaxed vibe here. I will be back to indulge in the skills at the bar with the drinks and fresh ingredients used for the drinks!!!

Highly recommend Paddock on your next visit to Charleston or outing in Park Circle. Incredible cocktails, downtown atmosphere in a location that actually has parking and room to breathe. Terrific food, great staff. The private tasting room experience is a fantastic value for everything you get, and makes for a very memorable experience. Gorgeous rustic ambiance with exposed rafters and brick walls. Comfortable booth seating. Great whiskey collection and bar. Manhattan could be better. The Old Fashioned was absolutely delicious. Unisex bathrooms were clean too. Will definitely go again.

This place is so amazing. Every experience we have had has been 5 star. Today we went to Sunday brunch and it was so delicious! The frozen mimosas are out of this world and the bacon and French toast were sooooo good. We can’t wait to go back again and would highly recommend everyone trying out this awesome spot!
