I’ve been eating here for a decade and it’s got a great vibe. Sitting in the bar by the window is my favorite spot. Went here for my anniversary for lunch and it was great. I was really disappointed to hear they stopped making their fresh Ginger beer. That’s half the reason we like to go there. But they had some other zero proof cocktails that were pleasant. We ordered the wonton soup, which was good but the broth could have had a bit more depth. And we also had the egg flower soup which was incredible. It's been years since i last dined at Pf Changs, glad to find out their lettuce wraps still hits the spot. All the other dishes though, not so much. Not to say it's not good, it's just that there are other establishments that serve better dishes. The service is by far exceptional and deserves recognition. Came here during a girls trip. We’re Canadian and it was our first time at PF Chang’s. We made a reservation and when they brought us to our table one of the eight chairs was not there, they got it for us once we requested it of course. The food was okay with the best items being the Egg Drop Soup, the Lettuce Wraps and the Mongolian Beef. The Singapore Noodles, Pad Thai and Orange Chicken were very bland. My friend ordered the Peach Boba Breeze and it arrived to the table with no boba in it and when we told our server Ericka she looked really confused and there was a lot of back and forth until she decided she would come back with a ramiken (or OC whatever you call it) of boba. I tried it and it was quite good. Other than that, the service was fine. When it came to paying the bill she put it all on one bill rather than asking us ahead of time how we would like to split it. I’m not sure how it works in the US but as a server in Canada it’s pretty simple to divide a bill up by each person. However because she didn’t divide it, it just made more work for us later as one of us had to pay and then we had to do the math later for the conversion and everything. (remember we’re from Canada) I was also surprised that auto gratuity was 20%, she did inform us of it however I was just surprised how high it was. Our server did honour our friends birthday though with a free dessert of which we really appreciated. This review isn’t for bad service it’s just for overall experience including the food. We ordered pan-fried dumplings, spicy edamame, dynamite shrimp, spicy chicken fried rice, Singapore street-style noodles, and kung pao chicken. However, I only enjoyed the dynamite shrimp and edamame. The dumplings had subpar meat, the fried rice was overcooked and cold, and the Singapore noodles had dry meat and the dish is cold.Because, the main entrees arrived too early, making the food cold. It's essential to check if customers want all dishes simultaneously. The limited table space made it challenging to enjoy the meal comfortably. On a positive note, our server asked who should receive their drink first, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was okay, leaning towards not good. This place was hoping and busy and very glad I made reservations via Google app. Kitchen was very backed up and it was quite a long wait for food, and low mein noodles were wrong and took them so long to fix we took them home. It's one of our favorite places but seems an issue each time. Parking is almost impossible on the weekend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Despite the reviews and ratings, I tried P F Chang’s. My last visit to this chain was in 2018, takes me back to golden days. I diverge, coming back to the present - Ordered egg pant with brown rice and Korean glass noodles. Egg plant tasted like it should, no complaints. Dish was served hot. Korean noodles is sub par. $20 for not so filling plate of food is still bothering me. Tasted like a dish by an immature staff. A very bitter-ish plate. Ambience is nice and overall wait times was horrible. We waited for 40+ minutes to get our food and 20+ mins in line to get in. All in all, not worth the time and money. Frozen foods at supermarket would taste same and save you a lot of $$ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Updated Feb. 6/24: Inessa is the ultimate host. She has taken care of us on numerous occasions and each time is as good if not better than the last. We shared the lettuce wraps (GF) and it was a perfect shared light lunch! Previous reviews: LOVE, LOVe, LOve P.F. Chang's, and this location in Lynnwood deserves 10 stars. TRAVIS took great care of us!!! The food is always hot, tasty, well presented and FRESH! We love the bar area as it's inviting and comfortable. Service is TOP NOTCH and professional. The selection both in food and drinks is admirable and the Happy Hour ALWAYS makes us HAPPY! We always look forward to "looking forward" to our next visit! 12/16/23 As tasty as ever, great service, easy parking. Arrive early! We started with the wonton soup and a pot of green tea. The stir fried eggplant is served with white rice, a favorite. The shrimp fried rice is our favorite fried rice among all the restaurants that we go to. UPDATE: In mid February 2023 we didn't rush to be in the first seating for lunch. Even so we got an okay table, not the booth that we wanted. They serve our favorite lunch on soup in the entire Seattle area. We also find that their shrimp, fried rice or pork fried rice or whatever is superior to most. Maybe they use a smoke flavor? We like the quality of the rice. This time we had shrimp, and plenty of it! My wife had simple iced tea and I took Starbucks coffee to go. I think it's Pike. It's good. The service was again excellent. The check was a little over $40. That's very reasonable for lunch these days. We always managed to find good parking when we eat at PF Chang's. OLDER REVIEW This is our favorite and default place to eat in Alderwood Mall. On the most recent visit I tried something new, but still craved the delicious wonton soup so I got it to go. My wife's favorite is the shrimp fried rice, whose portion makes two meals for her, unless I help myself too much. LOL I was delighted with the delicious Mongolian beef. It's very simple with a huge amount of green onion which I did not eat. The portion was so generous that we took some home. It's the sauce that makes it special, some chef's variation on a kind of oyster sauce or hoisin, nothing one could easily duplicate at home, wonderful! I think that I've previously reviewed the spectacular Peking duck, which my wife has ordered in the past. Delicious and with a gorgeous presentation! We were likewise amazed at the delicious stir-fried eggplant with lots of mushrooms. We took some home and my wife added mushrooms to it, just because we had plenty of delicious left-over egg plant and sauce. We never order dessert, but this time we made an exception for the Banana Spring Rolls, similar to a native dessert in my wife's homeplace, the Philippines. They are not too sweet, with a light caramel sauce. The coconut pineapple ice cream is a perfect light complement to these warm crunchy treats. I never imagined anything so delicious! We joked about making a future trip from our home thirty miles away in West Seattle, just for PF Chiang's Banana Spring Rolls. Try them! We always find these servers to be happy and helpful. We'd already received the bill when we added the afterthought to go order. We had asked for a booth and we got one. I don't know, such a pleasant lunch experience makes the whole day glow with satisfaction. Thank you staff members of PF Chiang's Alderwood!
