I come in all the time and usually sit with Brittany P. but she isn’t there on Sundays so I got sat with a young man by the name Kia and I could go on for hours about how pleasant he was. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, very tentative, and definitely took great care of me. I HAVE NOW FOUND ME ANOTHER GREAT SERVER AT OUTBACK!!! Worst management/front desk service tonight. We had called ahead for a large group and was on time. Tried to seat all of us in a booth that would not have held us. Manager got involved to try and work things out. Now expected wait was to be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still waiting. This after first manager had things set up and waiting on another group to leave. They left and table bussed, no further action. Went back to front and was told by another manager she had just got there and did not know what was going on. Then that we had been taken off the wait list and where other manager was to seat us did not have wait staff. Then went back to explaining “new” staff how to do their job. Again expressed displeasure and was told they were working it. More time goes by and another table set up but not being seated until we expressed displeasure again. The wait wasn't too bad we went in earlier than quoted. What I found concerning is there were so many empty tables everywhere so why any wait at all. Website should be updated we reviewed the menu since we had to wait and nearly everything we wanted was not on the menu. The menu we viewed comes up when you Google the location so our thought-out order and we had a taste for couldn't be fulfilled. Bad for business please address this misleading information. The server Shianne was wonderful, attentive really I felt the entire team worked together so service was wonderful. I personally don't eat beef and found that there was no chicken/rib combo on the menu but was on the Google menu. I was grateful me and Shianne came up with something for me to eat but no one wants to settle and frankly if you don't eat beef or pork this isn't the place to come eat chicken or seafood. I would challenge this franchise to give more options for those who don't eat beef we don't need half a menu but hell a Turkey burger option, chicken strips, something other then grilled chicken I was offered which didn't taste bad was spicy and I don't do spicy. The steak wasn't done the way it was requested but surprisingly was enjoyed with how it was prepared. The coconut shrimp was the best. The burger was just that nothing to run over to order again. As you can see in the picture you can count the fries on the plate which is sad. The table bread was taste as always. We had the peach strawberry zinfandel sangria it was light fruit and delish. I also ordered cranberry juice which came in a to go cup not a regular glass even Shianne found that uncanning and replaced it with a real glass. The dessert we got to go and both were fine a brownie and another chocolate dessert. Not sure if a $200 bill was worth it but this place was requested for a celebration because he wanted steak so here's the review. I went to my birthday dinner last night with my husband and 2 kiddos (3,1) and It was so wonderful! Our server was very kind and soft toned, she made our night so enjoyable! The margaritas were GREAT the food was so flavorful and pleasing to the eye! I had the Shrimp battered in the blooming onion spice, so good!! And the sauce on the burger is just so tasty! It really felt luxurious, maybe it’s just me having a good night but that was such a pleasant experience. Also, we were sat by other families so I wasn’t afraid my baby would bother anyone! The only thing I regret is not ordering dessert. The server offered, but I regretfully declined. This day we celebrated birthdays and it was a nice time at Outback Steakhouse. Our server was friendly and very attentive and was very good at keeping smiles on all the guests faces. No issues with the food orders. Food was so delicious if I had space for desert I would have had some. Lol aw man it was a good day will be back. 😄 Thank you for the great service.
