Best place to go when you're NOT hungry, by the time they serve your number it's been well over 25 minutes, good food but not worth the wait for what's supposed to be fast food. after waiting over 30 minutes for my order I ask for a refund and it turns out they haven't even started making my food. the girl in the front couldn't keep up with the orders :( Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crispy Shrimp

lady at front register is not friendly and can't keep track of orders. I was waiting for 25 minutes for an order that was already ready for a long time but nobody knew because it was mislabeled. I was really hungry. my kids were hungry. keep track of the order ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I came here last night to get some Hawaiian Chicken BBQ however I been here before but this time I experience two associates arguing about their $3 tip left on the bucket . I was like this is kinda disrespectful anyways I order my food and when I came home to my husband we notice we weren’t given chicken it was red meat 🥩 😂 It’s alright my husband loves the red meat too However I believe staff needs to be more careful when people are putting their food orders and stop sharing their personal life among them . Food is great and so are the cashiers, the rude one looked like the manager she didn't let my mom fill her drink bc she was taking pictures, it was really rude couldnt even ask politely she just said move or come out in the picture as if it were funny. I had requested that the macaroni salad was put in a separate container not touching any other food, and when I went to go pickup, the macaroni salad was still in the same container as the rest of the food. I asked them to fix it, and they took the box and “fixed” it only to find out they just scooped it out and even left a fair bit in the box still touching the rest of the food. Service Take out

Very disappointed! I paid almost $15 for my meal, wasn't satisfied. I feel robbed right now lol. Things are just getting more expensive and they are becoming greedy on the portion sizes. Especially with the protein servings. Chicken was beyond dry. Won't be returning to this location

The food was good but the horrible cashiers make this place very unappealing. I dealt with Brenda over the phone and she was extremely rude, took my order as if I was wasting her time. When I arrived to the restaurant, I walked in and waited In front of the cashier named Sarah who was too busy texting to notice anyone in front of her. She had gloves on and with those same gloves she was texting and grabbing her phone , then she grabbed my food, I think this is very unsanitary. Very bad experience! If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. I bit into something in my macaroni salad and on closer inspection it was a piece of a plastic bag. Never going back.

Gas must be too expensive, they didn't make it to the meat store this week. Good luck finding the chicken in your food. 😐
